Tom Kenny, the owner of TMKenny Property Services has worked as a Property Manager in Northern Virginia for 25 years, and has put together a team of specialists that far exceed the meaning of service.

We presently serve all areas in the Northern Virginia Area. Service, Communication, and a personal touch that leads to trust knowing we will care for your home. Tom was a lifesaver to us. My parents’ home in Virginia had a significant flooding problem while they were out of the country which left me to deal with it from across the country. I called Tom on a Friday evening (after hours) to see if he was available to take on property management for their home and help us to deal with the flooding issue. By Monday evening his partner had seen the property and they began helping us to deal with the flooding issue. They wrote detailed emails outlining their observations and sent over pictures. When a water damage company seemed to have questionable tactics, he raise concerns around it right away. Tom also worked with a contractor to put in short term fixes to drain out as much water as possible. He was very hands on, which gave me peace of mind. They are trustworthy, have good judgment and are reliable. I highly recommend their property management services and feel lucky to have found them.

I bought a rental property and was then transferred to Europe for work (!); Tom at TMKenny property management took care of everything for me – finding renters, overseeing minor repairs, etc. I would highly recommend TM Kenny Prop Management — its been a real pleasure working with them and Tom’s been very active with my property as well as very patient with my emails due to the time difference!
