Established in 2003.

For 25 years, Dr. Seddigheh Feisee has served a loyal patient clientele from her medical practice in Northern Virginia. At the same time, she also provided for aesthetic care needs, with a focus on the most effective, natural, non-​invasive techniques available.

Dr. Feisee has extensive training in aesthetic and laser surgery and is a member of both the International Society for Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Medical Association. Her interest and considerable experience in cosmetic techniques, and the growing desire among her patients for aesthetic care options have led Dr. Feisee to explore the latest in effective cosmetic treatments. This led to the founding of the Vivia Center for Cosmetic Therapy.

Terrible experience with fake Botox… don’t waste your money. I did pay for extra 20 units at the time and 3 weeks later I was back to retouching. Doctor told me to turn my face and do not look what she was doing… she was diluted the Botox and once again did not work for me.

You are a fraud and a thief. Bought groupon, was told I needed an additional 20 units (at least) which I fell for. Ive had Botox before your product is junk and you know it. I will be reporting you to the BBB.

You are correct, I complained over 36 hours after the injections. My point was that I felt NOTHING at all and with my past Botox experiences (not at your center) I have felt «something» and that sensation increased dramatically the next day and each day following.
So to be fair, I waited to respond again and now it has been 7 days and still NOTHING. 40 units were injected and I was only going my eyes since I had my forehead done 2 weeks earlier by my dermatologist.
So now that it’s been 7 days, how do you explain the zero results?
I went with Vivia because it is located in a prestigious area of McLean, VA.
There are MANY beautiful faces in McLean/​N. Arlington and we’ve got money to spend.
It’s in your best interest to make us look out best AND to make us happy.

Horrible experience. I have had Botox several times before with very little discomfort and great results. The doctors before paid attention and took their time when injecting. This doctor had no clue what she was doing. She injected the wrong location at first. It was also very painful with every shot. Felt like I was being stabbed with the needle. Four days later I can see zero results except for my eye (Botox was injected for crows feet) is now black and blue and purple. I have even had filler in this area before and never experienced anything like this. I called the doctor and was told she would call back the following day. I haven’t heard back yet.

Purchased a Dysport deal through Living Social. When I spoke with the nurse she said I would need an additional vial. Also she recommended Rystelyne for my bags under my eyes. I didn’t think they were awful but I was about to celebrate as milestone birthday so what the heck. I walked out after spending an additional $ 450 (plus $ 179 for the deal) and saw no change.
They were oohing and ahing about the instant results of the Restalyne but I saw no change.
A week and half later after the Dysport still hadn’t taken effect I called for a touch up. They gave me a «fresh» bottle of Botox.
When I asked about why the Restalyne didn’t work they said I need a full vial and should have been told that before I purchased.
The touch up was free but about 3 weeks later there is still no change. It really stinks to lose so much money on fake product! Save your money and go elsewhere!

I had to go back twice, and even purchased additional product at my appointment, but the results were hardly effective. Within 6 weeks the effects had worn off entirely. I happened to refer a friend for the deal and she had the same experience. I find it hard to believe that the product is not over diluted to compensate for the «deal» they’re offering. The staff is impressively nice and polite, so much so that I would have gone back. However, I wasn’t purchasing $ 500 worth of friendliness and, what I did purchase I did not get. Do NOT waste your money.

I wish I read all these comments before I had Botox here. No result at all. As for many others who had this procedure at Vivia. Do they use expired product? Do they use less amount of product? Do they use Botox or maybe some some cheap liquid instead?
Also, hundreds of people buy Botox procedure with Vivia from groupon or living social, why it just few negative reviews? Did it work for other people?

Im not big on writing bad reviews so I wont waste your time with all of the gory details. I do not recommend Vivia for Botox. I was not given the 20 cc that I had previously paid for and then was not treated well for pointing that out. Im sure they do other things well and some of the staff were friendly. Im sure they are all good people but I wont go back.

I am s veteran of Botox but just moved to the area. After several attempts to up sell me several additional treatment the doctor finally came in. She did not ask me to make the mad face do she could see where to inject the Botox. She just stabbed into my forehead like I’ve never felt before. Extreme pain even as an experienced Botox user. She caused several large bruises between my eyes that bleed. After 2 weeks I still have no results. The Botox was not placed into the muscles and did not take. STAY AWAY from this clinic!!!

This review is an update of my review of February 11, 2015.
I would give Vivia NO STARS if I could.
After my visit to Vivia on February 10, I waited patiently for two weeks to see a sign of change. Thirty units of Botox had been administered, but there was NO CHANGE!
I subsequently checked with my dermatologist who told me that I would have needed at most 5 units of Botox to raise my brow and that, since I have no brow wrinkles to speak of, I did not need any more.
What irks me the most is having been ripped off by the charlatans at Vivia.
I plan to report this group to the Better Business Bureau to protect other consumers.

Horrible service, pleasant but incompetent staff. I would give this place no stars if I could. A few yrs ago I went in for laser hair removal with a groupon, which turned out to be painful, and while I was there I also purchased laser vein removal. Well upon my first laser vein removal session, the technician botched the job using a laser that was too strong, which was intensely painful while lasering around my nose, and now I have a permanent scar on my nose. This is due to the technician using too strong of a laser. I was very upset. They did not offer me my money back, simply gave me cream. Now I have a fear of doing any procedures, cosmetic or otherwise, due to my experience at Viva. Worst of all, I had asked before going into the procedure and they told me there were no side effects and no scarring from the laser vein treatments, that was the beauty of the laser. I was only 24 at the time too, so I probably didn’t even need the procedure. I guess that’s what you get for being vain. No pun intended.

I went to this place for both Botox and Thermage. The people that work there were nice, but neither procedure showed any results — at all! I wish I had read these reviews first, before I spent so much of my money there.

Beware the bait and switch! I bought a groupon ($ 150 I think) for 20 units of Botox, which I normally use for two areas. I’m not new to Botox. When I arrived I was told I could Use it for only one area due to my wrinkles. If I wanted two areas I had to pay an additional $ 240. I bought it, unwillingly, because of upcoming events and I felt as though I was over a barrel.
It turns out that she did only HALF of my forehead! It looks weird. Lower half smooth, upper half wrinkled. Unnatural to say the least. The area between my eyes was done correctly.
If I actually needed 40 units other doctors would Also recommend it. Not the case. I will never go back here. I ended up paying $ 390 for a freaky appearance. Lots of other choices out there. Dr Barry Cohen in Rockville is my favorite-​very professional.

I have been going to this place for a couple of yrs and i have many complains. now why have I been going here for yrs if they suck? sadly, i bought a full laser hair removal package and they did not provide me with any refunds. so I had to go. But I can provide a fair review of this place since I have observed it for a couple of yrs now.
first of all, they constantly change their staffs. once you build a rapport with one of the techs for a couple of sessions, then after 6 months or so a new tech replaces the previous one.
My major complain is how poorly some of the techs are trained. I went in recently for a touch up, and this person did not use the correct power for me because they had lost my chart and she believed it was better to go with this power. as a result, not a single hair follicle was burned. and guess what? 2 days after the areas i had shaved grew back. SMH… this tech tho… she tried my patience.
Also, they cancel on you w/​no prior notice… when they do it, they dont pay you, but if you cancel on them last minute, of course you have to pay.
the quality of this place is sooooooo pooor, i would really avoid going.

A friend recommended Vivia to me and was overall pleased with the results of her laser hair removal treatments. When I saw a Groupon offered I decided to try Vivia. When I arrived the laser technician immediately tried to sell me additional sessions, noting that the three sessions from the Groupon wouldn’t be enough. I took the bait and purchased additional sessions plus a package for my lower leg, the total for the upper lip and lower leg was around 900.00. The groupon was 100, so I spent roughly 1,000 for my upper lip and lower leg. After purchasing a package from another laser hair removal salon, I realized I was over paid. That said, I liked the technician so I rationalized in my head that at least I was in good hands.
Halfway through my laser sessions the laser technician that sold me the initial package quit and I was assigned a new technician, who was not as easy to work with as the previous technician. At one point when I asked for ice, she replied that I didn’t need it. I recently visited for what turned out to be my last session and was introduced to yet another technician, this one slightly better than the other that refused to use ice. She asked why I had waxed my upper lip and then instructed me not to shave my legs the day of the laser session; this information contradicted what both of the previous technicians had told me. Awesome, just awesome.
When I went to schedule my 6th session, I was told by the manager that I had only purchased 5 sessions for my upper lip and 4 for my lower leg. She said I wasn’t going to be charged for my lower leg session for that day and asked if I wanted to buy more sessions. How generous of you Vivia!
I could feel my temper rising and decided to call the whole experience as a loss since I didn’t really care for either technician and prefer the new place that I go to. But my advice to anyone thinking of going to Vivia is to get a signed copy of how many sessions you buy since their record keeping is abysmal and use it as an opportunity to try to sell more packages. Also, would recommend shopping around for another laser hair removal place since there are plenty out there.

I purchased a voucher from living social for Botox. Spent or wasted, whichever you prefer, $ 150. Went in, the doc came in and didn’t really ask me much or where I was interested in getting my injections. She poked me a few times and then it was over. In the past when I’ve rec’d Botox, I’ve seen results in 3 – 4 days, these injections I saw NOTHING. I actually ended up going to another place to receive «real injections».
I read the review before I went but after I purchased. Next time i know to do my «homework». I don’t recommend this place at all. The only plus was that the front desk and the office manager were great, but I won’t be returning. If you go here — good luck.
I’d say this place is extremely pricey considering you don’t get anything close to what you pay for.

I also went to Vivia after purchasing a Living Social coupon for Dysport. I am very familiar with the product and have always had excellent results. The doctor looked at my forehead and said the amount I purchased was not enough and I needed to purchase more. I ended up spending almost $ 400 and saw absolutely no difference!
A week later I went back to the office and showed them my very disappointing results. The very nice office manager (Savannah?) offered to schedule another appointment and have the doctor redo the procedure… but I overheard another unhappy client complaining to her about poor results and decided to just forget Vivia Spa altogether.
I think this doctor is running a complete scam operation and is probably injecting a very diluted product into the skin. Living Social should be ashamed for enabling her to keep reeling people in. A complete waste of money. Should be shut down.

I purchased the Living Social coupon as well for Botox (I believe it was $ 180 for 20 units). I have had botox before on my crows feet and wrinkles around my eyes and I LOVED it and had no issues with the pain of the injections. I told the technicians that my primary concerns were my eyes, and if there were any units left over to use them on my forehead. I am 28 years old and my wrinkles are not that bad, and 20 units should have been plenty.
The doctor came in and told me 20 units would not be enough for my eyes, and I needed to purchase 20 more units (for $ 220), to correct the issue. Regretfully, I spent the extra money and the doctor did my eyes and forehead. During the injections, the doctor must have struck a vein in my forehead and it was so painful I nearly passed out. I had a lump that resembled part of a golf ball in the middle of my forehead (and had to go back to work!). The swelling went down after a few hours, but subsequently turned into a dark bruise that didn’t go away for two weeks.
As far as the injections, the doctor told me it would take a week or so to see the results. One eyebrow was completely paralyzed, causing one eye to look droopy while the other looked completely normal, and my wrinkles around my eyes (my PRIMARY concern) were better, but not completely taken care of. I would have rather had them use more botox to correct my eyes, than to have my forehead done. I called and scheduled an appointment to go back in for a touch up, which they said was no charge.
Once I got there, the doctor made one small injection to try and lift the one eyebrow, but wouldn’t correct the remaining wrinkles under my eyes. She said I would have to pay extra for MORE botox on my eyes, and then tried to sell me on another service that would «help».
I do have to say my forehead looks great, but that wasn’t the intent of my initial visit. Also, the technicians and staff were all very kind and the waiting room is nice, but I’m very disappointed with the process, upselling, and results, and will likely not return.

I used the 20 Botox unit Groupon yesterday, as I’m new to Northern VA. I didn’t want to pay a lot because I had just had some a few weeks ago, and really just wanted a little bit more lift along my brow line.
While I was there, I thought about it, and asked what to do about the thinning skin under my eyes. The technician suggested Restylane, so I went for it. I can see a smoothing effect already, and my face looks more relaxed along the eyebrow line.
I work in the retail cosmetics industry and I do this «fine tuning» from time to time to maintain my credibility — occupational hazard — and I think this place is great!
It was cleaner than most places I’ve been (even when I lived in NYC and Richmond, VA), and the staff sent me home with some samples of skincare items.
They were not pushy, and they were in fact, very professional, and put me at ease!

I will have to agree with both of the previews review… I got the Botox on Living Social as well for 20 units (at the end I purchased 20 more units at the office that same day, because they said 20 wouldn’t be enough for what I needed).
This was in September 14, I still don’t see any kind of improvements in my face, I was waiting to obtain some results and to be honest I wasted my money…
I got 20 units in my forehead and 20 units in the eyebrows, guess what: NOT RESULTS. I used to go to Georgetown Dermatology in DC I got 20 units for both areas and I looked perfect.
Please don’t go there, its a waste of money, and read the previous reviews as well, they all agreed on the same issue: the product is not good at all, watered down and you look the same, no improvements :(

Have had approximately 20 sessions here and still have to do maintenance every few weeks.
Although it’s true that in the first few months of my going, I didn’t go every 4 weeks as they had told me to (IT REALLY REALLY HURT and I was scared of going back) but even when I did, I was burned and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience.
Well, they gave me some free sessions and still, I have areas that look like I’ve never EVER been through even one single session.
One of the main things that bothered me was that they would schedule me for an hour session (whole body) and I would be out of there in 30 minutes. This didn’t happen once or twice, it happened more than half the times.
If you have an hour session, shouldn’t the technician go slow enough over the areas to take up the whole hour?
Overall, through all of my sessions, I have seen a reduction in hair — but nowhere near the value of what I paid for the package and supplementary sessions.
I will continue going here for as long as I need to because now I pay $ 150 «touch up fee» every time I go, and I don’t think anyone else will do full body lasering for $ 150 (after the initial several thousands I paid)…plus, it’s probably been over a year or two and I’m more than due (I had a baby and just never had the time or the patience to drive out there…) but now, i guess I must.
one more thing to mention is the inconsistency and lack of privacy —
I told some friends/​fam about this place and they told others — through chit chat with my technician, i know who goes there and some intimate facts that they and the technicians must have discussed — facts the technician readily offered up as chit chat. Also, they told me they dont do the hair in between the eyes, but did laser that area for a few people that i know. Told me not to do areas where there was little hair, but told others it was good to do areas even if there was just a little bit of hair…
