Meadowlark is a casual eatery sharing space with the pro shop at Bayou Golf Course. The food is well prepared (French fries are to die for=) with many fresh ingredients. You can’t go wrong with the fish tacos. All that and a modest beer & wine selection.

If you are just hearing about this establishment and have not yet stopped in to try the food, I highly recommend taking the time to do so! Located at the Bayou Golf Course. Hit 18 holes of golf and afterwards, enjoy a cold beer on tap or maybe a glass of wine while trying to decide from the extensive menu selections. Dine on food prepared with the very best ingredients, trust me, you will not be disappointed. You can also start your day off early because they are open for breakfast as well, (check restaurant hours for specific times). Since finding this local gem of a an eatery, I have enjoyed numerous items from the menu. The «Fish and Chips» served with fresh crispy house cut fries and the side slaw is deliciuos, with just the correct amount of seasoning. They also serve «Fish Tacos» with a delightful chipotle aioli and fresh pico de gallo; Who doesn’t like freshly prepared aioli sauce, yum! Did I mention that the fish they use is «Halibut» not Cod? The «Kobe Beef» Hamburger and Reuben Sandwich fulfilled my meat cravings with much delight! If you do not eat meat then you must try the Butternut Ravioli served with a creamy light sage sauce topped off with crumbled bleu cheese and toasted hazelnut which pairs nicely with their house Riesling. So… if your hungry and want to enjoy the outdoors or a nice quaint experience with beautiful surroundings, then I highly reccommend The Meadowlark Restaurant.

Came to try it out it was wonderful had a really good dinner and will definitely come back!!! It would be a great place to have an employee’s party.
