This UPS store has employees that are extremely rude with very slow service, making it truly one of my most hated places to go. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced on a routine basis. I understand a bad day now and again, but every experience here is truly miserable.
I will never give this store my business again, and I would rather drive miles out of the way to go any other store. I highly recommend you do the same.

I ship a lot of packages in my business. UPS is far cheaper and more dependable than the USPS. Unless you can fit what you ship in one of the USPS boxes, take your stuff to this UPS store and let them ship it for you. I think the owners staff this place and they’re always working hard to make sure you get in and out of there. I am happy to support them.
