We needed a septic pump-​out, and was influenced to use Suc N Up by the FISH on the truck (we are Christians). The experience was not good. The man who came out tried to hard-​sell my husband additional products (with the dark threats of «what could go wrong» if we didn’t). He also wanted to come back within a year to do the exact same thing. After discussing with another septic company, it seems that they are not practicing the standard for septic pumping and need for unnecessary products. The pushy sales approach is not what we were comfortable with, and we didn’t feel that they could be trusted. You can do better than to use this company.

We have used these folks a number of times. They are always on time and do the job well. Just so you have an idea, our price quote on the phone was for March 26, 2015 was $ 315 for a 1,250 gallon tank. We always expose the lids, thus the quote of $ 315. My guess is that it would be more if they have to find your tank lids.

Suc N Up has the best price and best customer service. We lived here a little too long before deciding to open our septic and check it out. YIKES. Poop right to the lid. On a Saturday we called a few places and left messages. Suc N Up called us back on Sunday and had a good price. We made an appt for Wednesday.
We weren’t going to be home, and they allowed us to leave a check. The lid was already dug out by hubby so no need for them to do that. They confirmed by calling, and asking a few questions. That night after they cleaned out the septic we lifted the lid and the tank looked brand new, squeaky clean.
A few other companies called us back on Monday and Tuesday after we already made our appt with Suc-​N-​Up, and those other companies prices were higher, one was double. One was the same, but hey,
Suc-​N-​Up cared enough to call us back sooner.
We told a neighbor about our great experience, and he said DUH, they are the best, and cleaned his tank and it was really clean.
Yah, well now we know and they will be the ones we call in a couple years when our tank fills up again.
