Fish Geeks

Had an issue with my pond, fish dying for no apparent reason. Found Mike online and called him. He spent significant time on the phone listening to everything I had been doing to resolve the issue and gave me suggestions. After trying everything I called Mike again after about a week as fish were still dying. He squeezed me in the same day and checked everything himself. Everything looked fine so Mike added bags of carbon to the filter system to remove any potential contaminate. After about another week the die off stopped and we even found a baby that survived. While Mike was out we discussed the need to have the interior of the pond (concrete) stripped and coated with liquid rubber. We had a small crack and the interior was painted with many coats over 60 years. Mike completed this project for us, painted the statuary fountain in the middle of the pond and we have plans to add a water fall in the spring. The pond looks beautiful, water is clear and the fish are happy. I went out to Mechanicsburg to see one of MIke’s ponds before we hired him. It is behind an office building right off Carlisle Pike. My kids have been twice to see it because it is so lovely. The KOI there are amazing.. I don’t know the address. Ask him the name of it… it’s worth seeing.

I contacted Fish Geeks via email on a Friday, and Mike got back to me on Saturday. He stopped by my house on Monday and when I got home, the pond (which had a leak and needed grooming) was fixed!
