Midas

I have been a customer here for 3 years now. I love coming to Midas (as much as one can love going to have their car fixed I suppose). I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service that I get from them. They work around my schedule which is very important to me, they are also good at accurately telling me how long a process will take or if they foresee problems ahead of time. The owner and management are personally involved and seem like they take care of every customer.

Thanks to Pete we made it cross country, on time. I was moving the family 1800 miles to start a new job. We made it 100 miles and almost caught on fire because of a rust filled muffler. Jersey! Sitting on the side of the highway I made several calls trying to find someone who had the muffler. Pete was very happy to help and got us fixed up in a couple hours. The rest of our trip was uneventful.

These guys! I have just recently had been wronged by a different Midas and decided to give these guys a chance. Oh my gosh from the front to the back, super amazing! You walk into a clean lobby and greeted by super friendly face with a smile. You tell them your cares and concerns, DONE! These guys are amazing. I am very blessed these guys exist. Thank all of you

New to area and been trying to find a mechanic to fix my truck after it failed inspection. Couldn’t get any stand alone mechanic to fit me in for weeks. I went into Midas knowing my issues would cost me but I was seen the same day and never thought I would leave paying $ 200 less than I expected. The staff was awesome from the owner to the manager, thanx Pete, to the mechanics. Very military friendly. From one mechanic to another thanks for the great work.

New to the area, had major car trouble & did not know where to turn. My good friend Deb referred me to Midas & I was blown away with the amazing service. I needed a new clutch for my car as well as my daughter was having problems with hers. We had brought the car to another shop & the problem was dismissed as nothing. After leaving my daughter’s car with Michael & Peter they let me know that my daughters wheel bearing was about to go. The prices & service was top shelf & it was worth every penny to know my daughter was safe & both of our cars were well taken care of. They were professional & kind. I would recommend them to everyone.

Management has changed recently and drastically at Midas, so if you’ve had a less-​than-​stellar experience there before, give them another shot. Mike, Keith, and Jeremy will make sure you are taken care of! In the past 3 months, I’ve had a head gasket job done (a huge 2-​day job that my former go-​to shop said would take them 4 days), an AC leak repaired and AC recharge, and a pulley that broke my water pump. Mike (the owner) drove me to my job so I didn’t have to miss any work.
They will get you an estimate on any job and arrange to do the work timely. I am glad to have finally found a place where I trust the people taking care of my car, and I’d recommend Midas Mechanicsburg to anyone — especially women who are tired of feeling taken advantage of when it comes to car repair. I don’t yet know the guys who are actually doing the work, but they all have my trust — and my business.

New owner, Michael, reached out to me after a bad experience and promised they are working to make the repair shop a more family-​friendly shop. It was a great gesture and made me feel that my experience is one they are definitely looking to improve. I look forward to the next service I need completed!
