The UPS Store

This is a locally owned Franchise UPS Store, with a new owner giving fantastic service.
We’re not local, but when we’re visiting family we usually stay in the hotel just a few doors away. When we have shipping needs in the area we’ve found this store to be a great resource.
On a recent visit, for example, we shipped a fragile, antique, ceramic stand (I’ve uploaded the picture) home. It had been broken and poorly repaired once, but was a family heirloom over 100 years old. It was in my Wife’s parents home and was given to her as they now had moved to an assisted living facility.
The store’s owner, Tara, personally packed this fragile, heavy, challenging item and it arrived home unscathed.
UPS recommends that something like this be sent 2 day air to insure gentler handling and fewer trips through sorting facilities but the price for that was exorbitant. So Tara did an extra special packing job and it safely transited through UPS Ground.
