Went there with my wife and daughter on a Saturday morning. We were seated right away, and the waitress came in short order. Things went downhill from there. My order was wrong and the pancakes were cold. Ok, it happens. Then my daughter found not one but two pieces of hair in the French toast. Do the people in the kitchen not wear head covering or hair nets? The waitress came by and I told her about the hair. No apology, no manager coming over, however, they did take it off the bill.
The people next to us waited so long for their food they go up and left without ever getting their food.
We will not be going back.

I wish I could give this zero stars. Went here with my daughters, we all ordered breakfast, but the only «international» feel we got from this restaurant was the one that I got in rural Mexico, where I was sick for almost a week. Luckily, I was only sick for a day after this place. I recommend skipping this place.

Disgusting. That’s all you need to go. Go anywhere else.
Service was fine.
The food was obviously pre made and or frozen. Not pancakes made from batter I promise. The eggs were so gross– I couldn’t even eat them.
Worse than a fast food breakfast but double the cost. Never again.

Dirty dining area. Table wasn’t fully cleaned, seats were full of syrup drippings. Went for breakfast, food was stale and coffee was anything but fresh. Hasbrowns tasted like they were a few days old, avocado was a blackish/​green slimy color, eggs were dripping in oil. Server was nice enough, but not attentive, even though it was slow. Worst ihop experience I’ve ever had. Will not be going to this location ever again.

My sister and I stopped here for a late lunch. The service time was very slow even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant.
After waiting a long time My eggs were over cooked and then I found a hair in the butter of my pancakes. The waitress took them to be redone and I was served a fresh plate. The eggs tasted like they came from a watered down mix and my pancakes were under cooked. The only positive is my waitress was very apologetic for the problem. The bad part is that the manager was here and never even bothered to stop by the table. Doubt I will be back

I went to the I Hop on sandy lane and the restaurant was really busy. The wait time was about 15 minutes. When I finally was seated the waitress was very nice and brought coffee right away and I had to check menus for what I wanted to order. She came back quickly to see if I was ready to order and I was ready. I decided to get the senior breakfast of eggs, hash browns and toast. My waitress turned my order in and I waited and waited and waited for my food almost half an hour. I asked the waitress where was my food since people that came in after me got their order and I still didn’t have mine. My waitress went back to the kitchen again and finally brought my order. I am not sure I will go back there again. The food was good once it was served.

Wait staff was friendly and extremely competent. I watched them help at each others’ tables. My spinach omelette was delicious. Very impressed.

My first here in passing to the south. The greeter was wonderful the waiter was until she kept sitting down with her friends and clowning. We waited a long time for our fodd and it came out room temperature. Pork chops eggs and hash browns and pancakes. Seriously. We didn’t want to send back so we made due and jumped in the car. Nice and clean ihop and if I had to I would return.

I have special dietary restrictions (no wheat) but I was able to find a protein and veggie. My coworker had breakfast but I wanted dinner. It was served with mashed potatoes which came from a box. Just a warning! It wasn’t a bad dinner but it wasn’t anything grand. We walked because it was next door to our hotel and was quick and easy. Also, the server was sweet and subbed my salad (i didnt want it) for a pancake that my coworker wanted! Lol

This place grosses me out and makes me lose my appetite. I don’t know why, but it smells like a nursing home. The servers all look like they squeezed into their 11 year old’s daughter’s pants, and have been working the graveyard shift for two days straight. I’m not usually a germaphobe but I become increasingly paranoid about whether the server washed her hands after she went to the restroom, whether the chef is sweating into my omelet, whether the spots on my fork are not from dishwashing liquid residue but in fact from the last guest’s hollindaise sauce. The food is … you know, Ihop food. It really doesn’t get better or worse by location, but the coffee is pretty nasty… like they heat and reheat if they don’t get rid of it all.
«Ihop» this place shuts down.
