History

Established in 2003.

I started in the real estate business as an investor myself… buying and selling properties for income. I quit my full time job in 2002 to make real estate a full time job. I obtained my agent license in 2003 and my broker license in 2006. Since then I have sold $millions in real estate for investors and homeowners alike. I am active in the Richmond Association of Realtors working on several committees and in 2013 will be teaching courses in ethics, marketing and technology.

The world of real estate has become increasingly more difficult. That’s where I come in. Buyers and sellers need more than a real estate agent… they need someone who truly understands the business of Real Estate. I obtained my business education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Longwood College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. I further honed my business acumen working in various marketing and management roles with local Fortune 500 companies, started my own direct marketing firm and became a professional REALTOR. I have been involved with Real Estate for over 15 years, managing a portfolio of over 75 rental properties and «flipping» over 50 properties. I have helped hundreds of homeowners and investors purchase, manage, rehab and sell property. I am proud to provide personal service to Virginia’s Capitol Region.
