A Taste of Honey Limousine Service

Taste of Honey failed to check their bus prior to our reserved day. We were canceled on an hour before our pick up. Extremely unprofessional and rude when notifying us of cancelation. Do not trust this business.

If I could give a ZERO I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had from a company that is suppose to be all about making customers happy. All they care about is $$$$ and themselves. You are literally just along for «their» ride. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN!!!

After reading the other negative reviews, I felt compelled to share that I had a great experience. I called just a week or so before my brother’s wedding and they were able to accommodate me. The woman who made the reservation was very helpful. Since I wasn’t sure exactly what time I needed for the pick-​up, she gave me some options. When I called days later to change the pick up time, they accommodated me again and immediately sent me a new email confirmation with the change. I had asked about writing «Just Married» on the car and they said, while they weren’t allowed to do that to the cars, they had little «Just Married» flags they could fly from the antenna. They also said they could put out ice and champagne glasses (informing me that legally they couldn’t provide champagne but I just snuck my own bottle in the ice before the bride and groom came out). She let me know that if I paid in advance by credit card there would be a 10% fee so I opted to pay in cash the night of (good thing she let me know in advance). The night of, the driver, Adam, arrived right on time — limo beautifully clean, «Just Married» flags flying, and fresh ice waiting for the champagne I’d brought. The wedding was at a residence and everyone wanted the limo to pull up to the front of the house, around a very windy and tight driveway. When I met Adam on the road and told him this, he was more than happy to try. So he walked the length of the driveway with me to see if he could do it and he sure enough did! Everything went very smoothly and I was very satisfied with the service, from the original reservation to the changes and special requests they accommodated, to a smooth experience the night of. I would definitely use them again.

Like the other reviewer, I would leave no stars if I could. I was organizing a wine tasting tour two days before my wedding in Ashland. After making the reservation months in advance and confirming my reservation two days before the tour, they cancelled on me the morning of. They claimed they couldn’t legally take their bus to my hotel outside of Ashland due to the winding road, but the hotel owner confirmed this was not true as giant logging trucks rumbled by. Plus they had many months to figure this issue out. Clearly they got a higher offer for the bus that day and left us high and dry. Very unprofessional, don’t trust these folks.

I would give less than one star if that were an option. We paid in advance to shuttle guests from my wedding to wherever they needed to go, but the driver refused to go anywhere but one hotel. I thought limos were booked by the hour and destination was not an issue. I went to ask the limo driver if he could please take people to their destinations, and he got offended, slammed his car door in my face and drove away, never actually providing the service we had already paid for, leaving wedding guests to figure our there way home. I know there are not a lot of options in Medford but this was truly the worst service I have ever experienced.
