Allegro Pilates & Dance is a state-​of-​the-​art equipped Pilates, Core Align®, and Ballet studio located in Medford, New Jersey just off Route 70. We offer a wide variety of Pilates, fitness, and ballet classes for all ages and fitness levels. We are the only studio in the area that offers Flexistretcher® conditioning training and Pilates-​based training specifically geared towards youth, athletes, and dancers. Our classes are small and we will make every effort to customize your exercise program based on your specific goals and needs.
