My husband and I both travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This is the only car service we use because we know that no matter the time, the day, or the weather — they will always come to pick us up on time! Their cars/​vans are clean and they even bring bottles of water for customers. Shafan and his drivers are pleasant and will always help with lifting your bags. Highly recommend!

Had a pick-​up scheduled with Transportation New England and they never came. I called around to see if other companies could take me to the airport, but they all said they either didn’t do pick-​ups in my area, or there was no one available to pick me up right then. I finally stumbled upon Boston Airport Express in my Google searches, and they were excellent. The driver called right within the promised window of time to let me know he was close by, so I was ready to hop into the car when he got there. He asked if I had a preferred route, otherwise he’d just take the GPS’s, and I said I was fine with whatever the GPS said. It was a very pleasant and direct ride. The perfect amount of Boston friendly, so that he was nice but I didn’t pressured to make unnecessary chitchat. Very professional. Got to the airport right on time, with Boston Airport Express saving the day when TNE let me down. Would definitely take them again!

My husband and over-​payed for what was essentially a bumper car ride to the airport. $ 60-​$ 70 one way! The driver was 15 minutes late. When we arrived, he didn’t want to accept our discount code, so my husband had to sit curb-​side for an extra 7 – 10 minutes finding the code for the driver. Very unprofessional experience for the price we paid. Thankfully, we didn’t miss our flight due to our ability to slot in extra time for things to go wrong. They did go wrong.

Not worth it — here’s why:
1. It’s pricey — about $ 60-​$ 70 one-​way to Logan from Brookline (compared to $ 35 for a cab)
2. Driver was 15 minutes late (compared to fellow Unilocalers who experienced early arrivals)
3. Driver’s driving skills are best compared to a jittery squirrel looking for lost nuts in December — you wanted to puke because of all the hard breaking.
4. Their website says you can receive a 10% discount if booked online. When we got to Logan, the driver argued that it was not true and asked me to prove it. So while parked next to curbside check-​in I had to go through the registration process on my iPhone to show him the pop-​up screen. Just too much hassle to save $ 6-​$ 7.
Because I did not receive any better service than a regular cab ride and ending up paying twice as much for no added benefit; I’m giving this company one star.

Had 2 great experiences. Going to and from Logan. Easy and reliable both times. Booked online, paid by cash for extra 10% savings. Drivers were there waiting for us both times and they new to take best route based on traffic. Unlike a taxi you know exactly what your cost will be. Clean cars, great drivers. Will absolutely use this company again and again.

My boss was stuck at Logan after his flight was indefinitely delayed. I called every limo and taxi service on Unilocal and most couldn’t get to him for several hours (during which time I could have left Framingham, driven to Logan, and picked him up myself). The ones that could go pick him up within a reasonable window refused to take him all the way back to Framingham. Boston Airport Express picked him up within ten minutes of my call, sent him the driver’s name, and the car’s description and license plate # and drove him all the way home. I was very pleased with the whole experience. It was fast and easy. Gratuity was included in the rate, so my boss didn’t even have to have cash with him. I entered the payment info online and had a confirmation email within seconds. Lifesaver!

The last step of my escape from the snow globe that Boston has become involved leaving for Logan at 5:30 in the morning, and there was no way I was gambling on missing my flight to Cancun.
Unilocal was a lifesaver in suggesting Boston Airport Express. As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is easy to book via phone or web, friendly, polite, affordable compared to Über surge pricing and cabs citing emergency pricing — and most importantly, punctual (5 minutes early in my case).
Even their email receipt system is geared toward customers. After I replied positively to its «How was your experience?» prompt, I got this note back from our driver: «It was a pleasure to serve you.»

You don’t know reliable until you’ve used these guys. I travel weekly, at different times and often on short notice. They have delivered every time– faultlessly. And the cars are way nicer than any taxi, the drivers are all professional and courteous as well as very nice to talk with. Absolute perfection– would never use anyone else!

This is a great option for airport taxi service! I’ve been using this cab service for 2 years for work travel and the driver always arrives early at my home. He will even text me when he has arrived. With work travel it is important to have a reliable cab company, and this one is great. Comfortable and quick ride from my home on the Lexington/​Arlington line to Logan. Definitely recommend!

Three years ago I learned that the days of ordering a cab and pacing up and down waiting for them to come were over. I discovered Boston Airport Express. They arrive 10 – 15 min. ahead of time, so there is no need to panic about being late for the airport or an important meeting. Their cabs are all new and clean, and the drivers are invariably friendly. They provide bottled water as well. I’ve told many friends about BAE and all are satisfied repeat customers. You can’t go wrong; they are the best!!!

I travel weekly for work and have used Boston Airport Express to go from my house in Arlington to Logan without issue dozens and dozens of times. Their drivers are always courteous, show up at least ten minutes early, and are reliably professional. Their rates are also quite competitive, given the excellent condition of their vehicles. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great ride to the airport.

Avoid at all cost! Booked a cab the night before for 6;30 am. Called cab company at 6:42 asking for eta. They told me they would call me back. 6:47 they call and tell me driver had a flat but another driver is coming. 6:55 I get a call saying I should find another cab company. Contacted über and they showed up in 2 minutes and paid 40% less than the cab company quoted me.

Been using these guys for years without issue. When I schedule an early morning pickup, they are always ten minutes early and will sit quietly on my driveway and send me a text without honking horns or other such nonsense. So reliable! My husband uses this company frequently for rides to the airport for business travel, we use them for transportation to the airport for our family trips. They provide a car seat for infants, and toddlers, or a booster seat for the bigger kids. They are always, always on time, and they are so friendly, courteous, and helpful.
