Cascade Carpet Cleaning

I tried several times to get Jon over to my house to clean my rugs and couch. Initially I had a difficult time connecting on the phone to set up an appointment. When I finally got through to Jon he seemed like a very nice person and we set a date for him to come over. Over a period of about 3 weeks we set up several appointments, one of which I cancelled. The other appointments were cancelled by Jon, two of which were due to illness. On the day he was to arrive he left me a message to call him back to reschedule or to call another carpet cleaning business. The mailboxes of both phone numbers I had for the business were full but I found the number he called me on in my phone so I called him and left a message. Several hours later that day he called and said he could come out the next day, but on the next morning he texted me saying he was sick and gave me a referral to another carpet cleaning business. I’m not blaming him for getting sick, it just seemed like for some reason we were not meant to use his business.

John came to my house and picked up two wool carpets, one of which was a very valuable oriental.
I was dreading having to move the furniture to put them back down once they arrived and much to my amazement he told me he always helped lay them out. Besides doing a perfect job in cleaning the two wool carpets he went above board helping me move two rooms of furniture to lay the carpets out.
It’s a pleasure to find a local company that really knows how to get a valuable carpet clean, not just spritz it with some type of chemical.
There are not enough stars for this company — highly recommended.

We had Cascade Carpet clean our very soiled carpet this weekend and it turned out great! Shane was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use this company again.
