Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Service is brutal and the food doesn’t even taste the same as the chipotle’s I’ve been to.

The food was alright however the state of cleanliness was embarrassing. Every table was covered with trash and food, not to mention waiting over ten minutes to get a fork since none were in stock.

The food is really good here. The portion is always bigger than any other Chipotle locations.

Warning: if you order the quesadilla, make sure to specify you want the kids one on the menu! Or else they give you a «large» quesadilla(which didn’t even have that much in it) and charge you double… And nothing comes with it! And it’s not even on the menu!

Food got my girl friend and I sick minutes after eating. Just ordered a burrito bowl and a burrito. The guacamole had huge chunks of un-ripe avocado in the burrito bowl but other than that it was ok. However the burrito was the problem. I never have had a problem with being over served but they put so much food on the burrito(without asking for double meat or veggies) that they couldn’t close it. After waiting and watching three people attempt to wrap it and fail and make a scene I simply said«could you please just throw it in a bowl I am in a rush), the server replied«let me try a new wrap», after I repeated three times I don’t want a new wrap I need to go I am in a rush and that it was fine the way it is he disregarded my request and did it anyways. The burrito still looks terrible and is not wrapped correctly and after he disrespected me he said«well that sucked but whatever just take it» and put in a bag. I had already paid and everyone in line was looking in disbelief, if I wasn’t in a rush I would have asked for my money back. I hope others don’t get treated this way. I always go to this chipotle but now I will not.

It’s kind of hard to write this because it’s absolutely delicious but the people that work here are terrible. I have 20% hearing loss from when I was a child, it’s difficult sometimes when there is background noise ie: people talking and/or music. That being said, I’m going to explain my normal routine. After waiting an extremely long time for the line to finally move, I move up to start my order. «Hey how’s it going?» *blank stare* «Umm could I get a bowl please?» *loud establishment/loud music* «What kind of rice?» «Excuse me? Oh, no rice please» «WHATKINDOFRICE.» «NORICE, PLEASE.» «Beans?» “Black beans, please” «BEANS?» “BLACKBEANS, PLEASE.“ It pretty much goes down like whole line like this. What’s worse is that I try to be extremely nice because I know what it’s like to work with the public. I’m not expecting a full on conversation with people there but could you at least acknowledge that I’m speaking to you and saying thank you? Apparently that’s too difficult. It’s like dealing with robots that are programmed to only be rude. There was one woman in particular that really stuck out to me. Short, heavy-set and didn’t wear a hat. She rolled my burrito up. After just staring in another direction, waiting for me to tell her what I wanted «Could I please have mild and hot, cheese, guac and sour cream?» She never spoke once or even looked in my general direction. I wish they’d wear name tags so that I could be specific when I write a formal letter of complaint about this place. Management never seems to care either, they’re usually in back when I look to see if there is anyone else around to help move the lines that are nearly out the door. The only upside to this whole escapade is leaving. Cashiers seems generally decent, but I’m more happy that that’s the last step before I’m out of this place.

I’ve been to this location before and there’s always a line out the door, they are SUPERSLOW. The food is good but there’s nothing special about it. I was there for a half hour tonight waiting, and 10 of it was at the register because they only have ONE and there was a pickup order that was messed up. If you’re going to have pick up at least have two registers. I’d rather drive across Medford to Tenoch and get a better meal, this was just convenient today.

This location has run out of cooked chicken twice on me, and I do not go that much. I thought I would give it another chance. Bad idea: This place is exasperating. So I try and get a «quick» burrito bowl at this train wreck of a location only to be greeted by sourpuss the manager at the burrito machine.(I assume he was filling in for someone on break.) It gets worse. So your register stops working and we all stand there for at least 15 minutes while seemingly nothing happens. Finally one of the brainiacs decides the 4 people at that have been waiting longest get a free meal.(That did not include me.) By the time they decided to do something like pull out a manual credit card slip my burrito was cold. I paid for it and ended up throwing it in the trash. Thanks for nothing. No apology for the crap service or inconvenience by anyone. The manager was cowering in his hovel in the back of the store. While waiting I got to stare at the filthy ceiling with dust still hanging off of it as it has been, oh for about two years. I went across the street to Qdoba… no issues. Too bad the food is delicious, but they cannot seem to manage the stores well. The experience left me DONE with Chipotle.

Damn you packed af in here. I mean on a Saturday afternoon it is a full house with the line almost getting out of the door. Glad they have a bunch of people on staff so the line get swiftly moving. Swiftly meaning it gets there whenever it can LOL. I can’t believe I’m complaining about how stingy these guys are when they add on their rice. I always ask for extra rice for some reason, as if there wasn’t enough carbs. The workers doe are really eh. A couple of them are really friendly at the beginning of the line LOL. Then towards the middle it gets saddening until you reach the register with a friendly person greets you with a smile.

Hands down one of the worst chipotles ever been to. What happened? I always went here for years then the old staff left and these incompetent employees were hired. The food is always old and stale, the attitude is horrible when they make your food, they never listen when you say«light on ___» and just add insane amounts of it anyways. Not to mention, cleanliness; have they heard of showers? There is a larger gentleman that works there that has his pants falling and smells horrid. It’s frustrating considering it’s the closest chipotle to me; I just want the same quality of food I get at the other locations! Please educate the staff on being better at their jobs or give them raises to maybe provide some incentive. It is a complete waste of money eating here unless you manage to get the two or three ladies who actually know how to make the food.

Idk what’s up with the negative reviews. I come here often and have to say this is prob my favorite restaurant in medford. Good food and very friendly staff. I strive to bring anyone who hasn’t been here for a lunch or dinner date. Definitely a medford gem. Would recommend.

Every time I go into this chipotle it is literally at the very LEAST a 20 minute wait. I’ve never seen any other chipotle go this slow. Any other chipotle I go to, when there is a long line it typically moves fast. That is not nearly the case for this one. Wayyy too slow.

I like Chipotle. I like Chipotle a lot. This branch of the chain convinced me NOT to eat Chipotle. At least here. Every time I go here, I wait at least 20−30minutes. Service is extremely slow. No one really cares about what they’re doing and the management of the store is nowhere to be found.

I go to this Chipotle a lot and I am disappointed to say on Veterans Day I ask the guy at the register if they are doing any discount or anything for military, he replied back«are you police?» How does the police get discount on their meals but on Veterans Day the military, the people who are serving your country so you can be free, do not get anything. I love your food Chipotle, but I am very disappointed out of one day or any day of the year you don’t support the military.

I’ve been to many chipotles. I love chipotle. But I hate this chipotle. The staff is completely incompetent, the service is slow, even when the line is short, and they have NEVER rolled my burrito properly. They always make suck a hack job of it that it’s hard to eat.

A friend has been begging me to try as I am a Qdoba ADDICT… So I go already with the«Im already comparing them to Qdoba attitude»… Get in and the menu instantly is MUCH smaller than Qdoba, there arent as many options with the ½ and ½ — They dont have Queso… WAIT, WHAT!!! They DONT have Queso — The experience might have been ruined there for me. I ordered the Chicken Burrito(Or Just bowl here) The chicken RIGHTAWAY almost tastier than Qdoba, the corn was good too. The rice not so much, it seemed to taste just like Clumpy white rice with no flavor to me. The Grilled Veggies were DEF better than the Fajita veggies at Q(which I always pay more for and they are always cold)… The Guac and chips was decent, but again, NOQUESO!!! All in all it was a decent bowl — But I would probably not frequent as often as Qdoba… I wish I could take their chicken & Corn Salsa and bring that to Qdoba and then I would be a happy girl… OOOOORRRRIF they got Queso I would learn to love them!

This place serves great food. I have good experiences there. This one time, I had a guy serve me, not sure what his name was, but he was very friendly and even made a conversation and joke while attending my order. They are very quick to put what I want on my plate or burrito. They definitely satisfy you with the food they serve and everything is organized. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for cheap and good Mexican food. They add a lot and you always leave satisfied.

Okay, let me start off by saying that Chipotle is one of my favorite quick, easy, tasty, inexpensive places I like to go to when I’m on the run and i’m feeling the grummbly in my tummy. As soon as I get there I know exactly what my taste buds scream out for and thats the burrito bowel… My mouth is literally watering just thinking about it. A perfect size for me bowl filled with rice, steak, guacamole, beans, and some other tasty things, all topped off with some cilantro… Its like a party in my mouth every bite and when I finish I am left with an empty bowl I would love to refill but at that point I am way to full to even consider such an act… Anyways the service here is generally nice. They get you exactly what you want and they get the line moving… Although this place is good it has a reputation that I do admit is true… A couple of hours later I tend to feel pretty sick after my chipotle visits… I end up having stomach pains for a while and I wait it out for them to pass. I rarely go here because of this but when I do i enjoy the food until it comes back to haunt me later… If I were to choose a Mexican restaurant to take my friends to i definitely wouldn’t do here because I have been to way better… This is just my yummy quick food spot. But over all its pretty good and if you’re up to it certainly give it a try…
