DGC Autobody & Mechanical

Had to get the front of my car repaired right before Christmas after a fender bender. Mark at DGC was very nice and emphatehtic with my situation and repaired vehicle in 3 weeks despite the Christmas and New Year holidays. He even did extra work taking out dents from my car that was not included in the estimate. I highly recommend them for all your auto body work. Huge 5 stars from me. Thank you guys!

This place is the best body shop I have been to. They are very attentive to detail and kept me Informed. The staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Let me start off by saying this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with the automotive industry. Mark and the rest of the crew are kind, helpful and make the experience as painless as possible. They are always looking out of the customer and their auto body work is perfection. My car looks brand new. They truly are the best auto body place around. I will never go anywhere else again!

First off let me say, hands down, they have the best customer service I have experienced in the auto industry. My brand new car was in a pile up off 93N in Malden with severe front end damage. Mark the owner really knows how to empathize with his customers, he takes ownership even when things don’t go as planned and really knows how to put his customers at ease. Even when my car was going to take much longer than expected, he never avoided my calls. In fact, he put my car rental under the shop’s name and picked up the tab for my inconvenience. What service! Everyone that works there seems happy and proud of the work that they do and it shows! My brand new vehicle came out beautiful! I have since recommended them to 3 business associates of mine who all walked away feeling that their needs were totally met. I live a nice distance away from the shop however this is my new «go to» shop for all of my auto needs :).

My car insurance company recommended me to DGC and I’m very glad they did.
My car was covered in huge amounts of pine tree sap, which ate the paint off of my hood and roof and in 3 hours and a far less expensive bill than I expected, my fifteen-​year-​old Corolla looks brand new. Easy going and responsive staff and their outstanding work speaks for itself.

My car was rear ended and had about $ 12,000 of damage. DGC was recommended by my insurance agency. They were great at coordinating everything with my insurance, keeping me informed to how the work was progressing, and most important, my car looked GREAT when I picked it up. I would most definitely recommend them for any ones body work.

I went into DGC on the recommendation of a family member. I had just been in an accident that day and my rear left side needed to be replaced. The staff took a look, made some calls for parts, then gave me a quote and a day to bring the car in. I brought it in and within 2 days which was 3 days sooner then they had predicted, they called and said it was ready. The car looked new and pristine. The bill was for the exact original quote. I was over the moon with the high quality work, quickness and the friendly efficiency of the staff. Love this place!!!
