Nobody was there and they still messed up my order. Not the first time. This location must get a great discount on cream because there wasn’t much coffee in my iced coffee. It was literally a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. I ordered a large iced with 2 creams and it was a white creamy mess. Undrinkable. Sadly I had already left before I noticed. Not to mention the unpleasant drive thru guy. Right after he handed me the cup of cream he turned his back and leaned against the window. Making coffee may not be your dream job but do it right or quit. It isn’t that hard to do.

My morning routine dictates stopping. Always fresh coffee. They understand my extremely complicated order: extra large, skim milk only. Sometimes I have to continue on because the line is too long.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. I’ve stopped here a few times, hoping each visit would be better than the last (bad idea). The workers, in particular, are consistently awful. They don’t communicate well, mess up orders, are rude, and at one point, one cashier handed my change to another customer! How you confuse a short, 23-​year old female and a 6 foot tall, 50+ year old man after receiving money from said female literally TWO SECONDS beforehand is beyond me! Please, don’t go here.
