Just left there with a sesame bagel with cream cheese. Got to work and opened the bagel. I have found more cream cheese in the empty container in the fridge than was put on the bagel. And toasted does not equal warmed. Turn your conveyor down to let the bagel toast

The person taking the order didn’t know the menu, and put it in wrong to the system. The person heating the food in the oven were very irritable upon I told her about the error, and was far from apologetic. I got the guy who took the order and told him his error, and he did nothing to resolve the issue by telling the irritated food preparer and was quick to disappear to the back. The staff’s response to the situation was so rude that other customers were telling others to go to a different DD’s. Great shame, this place.

I never write reviews on Unilocal but I felt I had to. The service here is quite bad and they often get the orders wrong. I was overcharged and given the wrong food, and every time I have gone here with friends they somehow end up jacking up their orders too. Employees often look confused at the register and I don’t know if I’ve only been here when it is someone’s first day, but something has got to go change.

America runs on Dunkin’.just the East Coast! I know, there’s a few locations on the West Coast, but I would much rather prefer getting donuts and coffee from a local donut shop or even Krispy Kreme. The donuts weren’t anything special. I was a first timer and ordered a small coffee. Cashier didn’t ask if I wanted sugar and cream because I like adding it myself, but they already added it for me. No wonder why they don’t have cream and sugar out. The coffee was very weak.

Dunkin Donuts are alot like baseball players. No one is going to get a hit every time, you can only hope to find one that is more consistent than the others. This dunks is hitting a high percentage. The staff is usually great, as is the coffee, and the greatest compliment I can give to this dunks is that it’s worthy of a mile detour to get to. Far and away the best in the area.

This is my local Dunkins’. The food and prices are like any other Dunkin Donuts but you have to ask to have the cream cheese spread on your bagel. If I am paying more than $ 2.50 for a bagel, I want you to spread the cream cheese for me with a real knife. So I don’t have to do it with a flimsy plastic while driving. I often cannot understand the staff. Like Alyce said, they mumble and I cannot understand what they are trying to say. Otherwise I have nothing against them. The lines here are often long in the morning. Don’t be surprised if you are waiting 10 minutes. However, it is not hard to find a parking spot. There is a small lot right next to the store and often there is also parking out front. Be careful in the lot though, it can get kind of crazy with people pulling in and out all the time. There is not much room to sit down and I personally would not want to. It is kind of cramped.

This has been my local duncans for three years now. When it’s not busy I chat with some of the staff and agree with another poster that some of the local characters can be fun to observe or interact with. This is generally a good DD’s. The staff is general good. However on mornings when it’s busy and there is a huge line I find that sometimes certain staff members chit chat with each other to avoid working at a good pace. I do not mean a frantic pace, although some of the staff do do that and I don’t think anyone should have to work at such a pace. But when you have a line almost to the door and your holding onto my already made bagel talking to someone and I and standing there waiting for you to just hand me the #%$% bagel it’s rather annoying. I am just sitting there thinking how much later I will be to work because you cannot do the simple task of turning around and just handing it to me. I also find that this store charges more and they run out of supplies and some of their machines break down often. If these two items happened even 30% less I would add another star. With that said. customer service people take a beating daily from us massholes. In conclusion, annoyances. but generally a damn good dunkies.

Horrible. I regret going to this specific Dunkins because of the service and people that work there. I never get a good tasting Iced Coffee… NEVER. The times in the past that I went here, the staff was bickering at one another. The manager was just as bad as the rest of the employees. One employee in particular named Damon is sickenly fake and snide at times. I will never go here willingly.

My Dunkin Donuts of choice. Great coffees, great service(I love the staff here!) and a convenient parking lot. It can get pretty busy — especially on Saturday mornings — so you might have to wait 5 – 10 minutes in line.
