Singh is my go-​to guy for computer repairs. He’s excellent, knowledgeable, reasonable, and fast. He has kept a four-​year old mac of mine going (recently installed a solid state drive for me) and has done a bunch of other work for me and my family over the years. I trust him 100% and would recommend highly.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to share with you what a great business this is, and what a wonderful person Singh is. He is that rare combination of someone who knows what they are doing, who really cares about what he does, and who genuinely gets joy out of helping people. There have now been a number times that I have gone to Singh with computer issues, both big and small, and he is always ready and willing to help. And always fixes the problem. He, and his business, are a pleasure to work with! As someone who uses (and depends on) his computer for their business, it is a relief to know I have someone I can count on. Because these things do break :)

I walked in with a dead computer — no power, no lights. I walked out 20 minutes later with a working computer. As soon as I walked in, he took it, opened it up, poked around for a few minutes, and then basically jump started it. I’m so happy. And very reasonable price!

what can I say great service Sign is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! Keep the price fair and very nice staff… I have gone for a small cracked screen to a totally dead computer all fixed in the times stated at a reasonable cost — I hope he stays in the location, I am sure he could make a lot more working as a consultant!

This place is great! They kindly and efficiently saved some files from my work laptop after someone spilled a liquid on the keyboard. He was even nice enough to communicate with the tech support for the special medical program on the computer to save all the necessary related files as well so there will be no trouble using them later. I was out in less than an hour and the price was great too. I would use Dynamic Computer’s services again in a heart beat.

Mr. Singh replaced the glass on my 2013 Macbook (not a retina display, which apparently means the whole top screen half would have to be replaced) for $ 185. the Apple store would have been $ 320. He was great with communication, keeping to schedule, etc.

These guys are great! Singh is a delight to work with, and he and his team got me back together after a liquid spill in 4 days (Sat & Sun included). I spilled a pint directly in my keyboard. He told me not to worry and he would only replace of fix what was wrong. I had brought my computer to a store in Cambridge and they wanted $ 1400 to rebuild and retrieve my HD (which they said was compromised).
Dynamic Computers had to replace my logic board and my keyboard. My HD was just fine. They price was unbelievably reasonable. These guys are the reason I like to go local and support small businesses.
If you have a computer issue. Go here. You will not be disappointed.

Gagan Singh is one of the most honest and knowledgeable persons. Especially in a business where people take advantage of you like crazy. He has been providing our small business and home with IT and hardware support for for nearly 10 – 15 years (even before he had his own shop) and it is a pleasure to give him 5 stars in all aspects. He explains everything and gives us every option from expensive to budget and from very complex to more simple things. I just found out he does cell phones/​tablet work too and will definitely be coming here for all my needs in those regards.

I am so so so happy to have such a great computer (and phone) repair shop located in my neighborhood.
These guys are the best. They are professional and courteous, fast and inexpensive. They are happy to provide estimates for free (and quickly, drop-​ins accepted).
I have had two experiences with Dynamic Computers (I’m not great with laptops… clumsy):
1. Went in because the «a» key on my computer was loose. The owner took a look and told me that I should make it work as is because replacing it would be expensive (it isn’t one key — all the keys are on one mat).
2. Went in YESTERDAY with a broken hard drive (whirring and making a horrible noise) and the owner told me (after listening to the drive) that it was irreparably broken. He recommended I replace the drive and told me he would do what he could to salvage the contents on my computer. Plus he helped me with Office. Picked it up TODAY — all fixed, new hard drive. He charged me exactly what he quoted me. AND SERIOUSLY HE“S SO FAST!
I highly recommend this business and plan to send all my friends and neighbors there.

I came in here because of my own mistake and inexperience – I built a computer and was slightly off with one of the parts. Singh was professional, courteous, and not judgmental of my inexperience. This last part is probably everyone’s biggest fear when going to a computer store, whose reputations are exceeded only by record stores when it comes to making customers feel like idiots. He gave me good advice, sold me the part I needed at a fair price, and was just as reasonable with his labor charge. He was equally courteous and helpful to the people the other people there, who were maybe a little more afraid of their computers than I was. I’m glad this guy is nearby and will go back to him without hesitation.

My wife and I had a first class excellent experience with Singh at Dynamic Computers. Our 3 year old desktop stopped working and it seemed like the data may have been lost but he was able to retreive it from an external drive and installed a new internal drive. The machine is working better than it has in a long time. He was very helpful and clearly explained the situation and the options that we had. Very good quailty work at a reasonable price.

Usually, PC repair places are complete scumbag operations that would make Whitey Bulger look like St Francis.
In our experience, these guys finished the job before deadline and way under budget.
The quote for the part was higher than they expected initially but they gave me the benefit of the lower price when it came time to invoice.
Now, the realists among us may inveigh that the shop is setting me up for the big kill — fix the blinker for pennies and cultivate client trust so you can rip their face off with a five-​figure transmission job later on.
But the other reviews for the little shop in Medford indicates they may be one of those rare PC repair outfits that know what they’re doing, like doing it and do their best to treat their customers honestly.

I will repeat what everyone has said. This is an owner operated shop and Singh, apart from being a gracious wonderful kind truly nice person, also really knows his stuff. From talking to other repair places and the manufacturer, it seemed like it would take anywhere from a week to a month to get my computer repaired, and would cost a fortune. Singh was able to quickly identify the issue and solve it the same day I brought it in and for a fraction of the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

First, get passed the fact his shop looks like somewhere you could buy an illegal handgun. Once you do that you’ll see the excellence…
I went here after buying a PC from CyberPower INC (horrible company). The PC didn’t work and after several screw ups with CyberPower’s technical support I brought this down for repair. The owner sat down with my PC and did several tests. As it was a gaming tower he had me play several games after each test so he could attempt to diagnose the issue… after over an hour he came to the conclusion the motherboard was shot and charged me TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! And when I returned my PC for a refund and had him build me a custom one he gave me the $ 25 credit towards the new PC.
When he built my custom PC we went over each part, the expense and why he suggested it. He went over several cost saving options and didn’t feel like he was fleecing me at all.
He also has great reviews on Angie’s List. Wish I could give them ten stars

Great and quickest service!
My laptops screen was broken and was wondering how much time and money it will take. I got my screen replaced and my laptop ran completely fine within 15 mins after entering the store !!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. My laptop screen/​back bezel got bent back and the screen spider webbed. After calling around to different high end computer repair stores and corporate stores throughout the area, I was told a number of different stories including that I would need to have it shipped out (4 week process), a replacement couldn’t be ordered, it wold cost more then the laptop etc.
THIS IS A WORK LAPTOP. NOW WHAT!!!
Dynamic Computers was 10 min from my house. Grabbed a screen from a shelf and installed it in 10 minutes. I don’t know… 4 weeks or 10 minutes? Such a tough call. Total cost was $ 180 and everything is great now.

I called this store up wondering if they could unzip a file for me so I could download something onto my TV to save it. (It was not working and was going to cost a few thousand for a similar replacement)
I showed up and the owner unzipped the files and took care of everything. I tried to pay him but he said it was no problem. I thanked him and low and behold the flash drive worked and it saved my TV.
He would not accept cash for this favor so I figured the least I could do was give him a 5 star review… and any future computer repairs I might need.

I don’t have much to add other than my 5 stars. I brought in a PC infected with malware. Singh cleaned it up and installed virus and malware protection. He said it might get reinfected the first time I used certain programs, but to bring it back in if it did. It did become reinfected as he predicted, I brought it back and he cleaned it up for good. It’s been a year with no problems whatsoever. The computer runs faster too. He also put malware protection on my laptop for no extra charge. The price seemed reasonable.
