Since our Grand Opening in May 2007 the excitement has only grown. The magnitude of successes and testimonials speak for themselves.

We take pride in programming for clientele of all ages and levels and making sure that all of your goals are met. The fact that we have each had the opportunity to work with and train some of the most outstanding individuals and enhance their lives is absolutely humbling. Clients are scheduled by appointment only, and are able to do appropriate funtional training one-​on-​one with their trainer in a safe, comfortable atmosphere. I believe in balance. Balance of fitness, nutrition, and relaxation/​meditation are key to making the ultimate health and wellness plan for yourself. I believe in changing your lifestyle and not relying on dieting alone. Why starve it off when you can burn it off? I hold the Advanced Certified Personal Trainers Certification from TWCC-​ACPT and hold my diploma in the Theory and Practice of Personal Training and Nutrition from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). I have also interned at a CrossFit studio. I am committed and determined in helping my clients meet their physical fitness and nutritional goals with a motivational and educational approach that is lifestyle changing.
