The woman at the front desk was so rude, I would never come back here. I came in at 5:10 (for a 5:15 appt) and she said «oh I thought you weren’t ever showing up.» I told her my appt was for 5:15 and she said «you mean 5:00?» I told her I had the confirmation email with the time on it and she said «whatever» and wouldn’t look me in the eye. Seriously?! No apology or anything. The woman who did my return was very nice, which is why I’m giving any stars at all.

what can I say? If you want your taxes done right then you should go to H&R block. I’ve had David P. do my taxes here for 3 years IMO he is the best and always gets my maximum refund.
