I found a listing on CL and sent them an email. Then all this happened. Below is my email to the broker. Apparently they do want your money, but when you question their work ethics, they no longer care about making money and closing deals. Lucia’s pride was more important. I mean clicking boxes and entering an email to send the results… it hard work. Enjoy :)
To the broker:
I had a really weird exchange with your agent Lucia Fiasco. I am not sure what her real issue was. I was just typing up my 1 star review for her and your company. Below is the text exchange, as well as she sent me about a dozen different places. She did not bother to take the time to see if the listings actually met our requirements. Places did not allow dogs, not near public transport, wrong area, etc. Then she has the audacity to get snippy with me, when all she can do is click a few boxes. SHE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER READING THE LISTINGS BEFORE SENDING THEM TO ME. What kind of customer service is this? I HAVE MONEY I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU AND SHE BLEW IT! Your post said that you had other listings in Newton. She seemed to get pissed when I started to inquire about the other listings your brokerage has. I was looking for an agent that had places to rent. If I wanted to click a few boxes on MLS and look at other peoples listing, I can do that. How does she get clients to pay if she can not hold a conversation with me? She was enough of a smartass to offer your email, but then ignored me when I asked for it. She unassumingly forgot about this email, as well as her cell phone attached to many listings, including… Home prep LLC. Is this how you operate your business?

Me Newton would be great. I grew up in Needham. Anywhere in a decent part of Boston or metrowest. Must be close to t or commuter rail. We have 1 dog. Would like but not mandatory a fenced yard and if apartment on first floor, but prefer house

Me: Yeah $ 2600 max

Me: Our move in date is feb 15^th
Lucia: Ok we can work that out
Me: Are any of these your offices listings?
Lucia: I am a real estate agent I share listings with other realtor. Why do you ask?
Lucia: Their are a few on the list from my direct office few others are shared.
Me: I know you are a real estate agent. I was too a real estate agent. That would be pretty deceptive to say if you are just pulling from MLS
Lucia:My office works with three other offices and yes MLS is a shared listings site you Should know that. Ok not sure what your argument is here. Have a nice night.
Me: I was just looking for an agent that has a place for rent. I’ll let your broker know how professional you are. Keep up the good work

Message from Henry the Broker:
Sometimes people don’t click. There are just as many bad clients as bad agents. Seems like a minor miscommunication. If you were an agent and didn’t want mls listing sent to her you should have told her that. I would have sent them to you to look at. why not? That’s what they’re there for. just move on. Fyi if you’re an agent you need to disclose that immediately. No need to badger agents who are just taking time to send potential listings you may like, and are willing to make appointments and show you places. Seems to me like she was just trying to help, whether or not she did. no need to freak out. Alittle childish
My response:
Seems to me that her and you can not take the time or care to have adequate customer service skills. Neither her nor you seem to care what I am saying. Seems like a recurring theme. I am just shocked at the lack of care. You are dealing with peoples livelihood. SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP? How does sending me a dozen place to look to sift through, that many I COULD NOT MOVE IN TO help? THEY DID NOT MEET MY REQUIREMENTS. Why was it so difficult to tell me which listings are in-​house? Which ones are from the offices’ you have a personal relationship with? And the ones that she just clicked a few boxes and entered my email? How is sending me listings that I can find anywhere else and do not meet my requirements help me? This is creating work for me. Not only creating work for me, but then you two expect to get paid for this nonsense. I am not an agent (reading is fundamental). I am in the hospitality industry and if you call this customer service you are way off… out of space

The team that came to my apartment to clean was very professional and thorough. It was a big job and they tackled it with ease and grace. I was beyond impressed with their work and thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend this company to any and all in The Greater Boston Area. The caliber of their work and price cannot be beat!
