We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and performs a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation within our state of the art office settings.

Business Owner

Dr. Savage joined the Associates for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1999. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1985 and went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating as a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1989. After graduation, Dr. Savage began a four year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the MetroHealth Medical Center (the former Metropolitan General Hospital) in Cleveland, Ohio, with rotations in anesthesia, general surgery, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and emergency medicine. He was the recipient of the Eugene P. Wenzke Award for outstanding resident in 1993.

Dr. Savage was appointed senior instructor of surgery, division of oral and maxillofacial surgery, at the Case Western Reserve School of Medicine and the MetroHealth Medical Center. He acted as full-​time attending surgeon within the training program before leaving academics
