At one point or another, most humans are faced with stressors, traumas and life events that can cause us to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. While turning to family and friends is an important step, it is helpful to have a neutral, supportive, and compassionate professional to help you find solutions that work for you. If you are looking to learn new skills, feel better, manage your stress or overcome obstacles in your life, I can help to provide you the support and solutions that you need.

I provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment to help you feel comfortable discussing trauma/​anxiety issues or depression concerns. I have received specific training on PTSD/​trauma and grief issues, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which has been shown to be particularly effective with anxiety and depression. Together you and I will work towards finding useful solutions that fit your needs.
