Excellent! Good find… They offered to separate salard for my and my wife. I will be back for sure. We got(new) Chicken Veracruz Salard, Steak Stroganoff, Indonesian Peanut Sauté… Yum!

My boyfriend and I live around the corner from this place so we decided to try it a couple of weeks ago. I looked at the menu before hand and saw that there were some good options that worked with my diet. My boyfriend ordered the Indonesian Peanut Sauté, and I ordered the Tuscan Fresca Buff Bowl. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. My boyfriend’s bowl was packed to the top with a great tasting meal. My bowl, which was supposed to be «Grilled chicken breast and a load of delicious veggies like tomato, roasted garlic and red onion, tossed with olive oil and served on a bed of spinach and tossed with feta cheese» only took up about 1⁄5th of the bowl. It was about 75% onion and literally 5 leaves of spinach. The lamest excuse for a «bed of spinach» i’ve ever seen. I had to go home and make a second dinner. I won’t be back.

We are very happy for this new addition to our neighborhood. We had never been to another Noodles before they opened a restaurant at this location and it was a very nice surprise. We visit Noodles for a family dinner a couple of times per week. Food is consistently good and service has been excellent. The nice surprise is they have wine and local beer for $ 3, unbeatable. You order at the counter but food is then served on your table. Porcelain bows and real silverware. You don’t have to worry about cleaning your table when you are done. In other words — a cozy restaurant with good service and good food at a very inexpensive price point.

Third time here and while I like the food. Service is terrible. I waited quite some time for my glass of wine while staff set across from me and had their dinner. Just to finish this off with more good news, I finally received my wine only after asking twice and sure enough it arrived with some nice grease marks at which point I couldn’t even stomach to finish my meal. I hope this to be just an isolated incident and simply my bad luck. Best.

I usually don’t leave reviews on Unilocal but my experience was so bad I just had to. This place is in my neighborhood so thought I would stop in to try during lunch hour. Do NOT go here!!! We arrived and there were four people ahead of us. We waited in line for about 10 min. Wasn’t ideal but not too bad. The bad part was we waited for 30 min and our food still hadn’t arrived. A couple came up to us after they finished their meal and suggested we go up to the counter to speak to the manager. The couple mentioned that it also took them over half an hour before they received their food and they had to go up to the counter to inform them as well before their food came out. We looked around the restaurant and there were others there(probably five other groups) waiting around and also people waiting by the counter waiting for to-go orders. The restaurant was half full so it was not even that busy. After 40 – 45 min, we went to the manager and requested a refund. I’ve never requested a refund from a restaurant, but the service was so slow for a non sit down restaurant I just gave up waiting. We spent almost an hour in the restaurant and didn’t even receive or get to try the food. I can’t comment about the quality of the food, but it’s not worth the slow service. The staff was very friendly. But the operations and management of this location is a disaster.

Today my husband and I went in for the first time. Not only was the girl at the register rude. She didn’t even listen to our order. I asked for tofu and never got it. I would. She also was hovering. I was getting upset. It was hard to eat while she was there..

Pad Thai is so good! And the Thai Curry soup is really on point! Adrian waited on me with such charm! What a doll!

Gross… the Thai noodles tasted extremely off and the Indonesian one on the menu was pretty disgusting. I don’t know what I was expecting from a restaurant in the middle of Medford next to a Panera Bread and Smash Burgers, but it is definitely nothing compared to the real authentic stuff. The penne pasta was also flavorless. Honestly, just go to a real Thai/Italian restaurant and don’t be fooled by the quick and convenient service… the food was beyond mediocre.

Just don’t. You can thank me later. Sigh. I got the Thai Hot Pot for $ 9. It’s a tiny serving of not cooked enough noodles and rubbery seriously disgusting mushrooms. For some reason, mine had no pork or chicken as advertised. Also, it was very spicy. I waited 15 mins to take it to go, and the counter seemed very disorganized with the manager continuously sending things back to be added or done differently.(At least he was kind of checking. Too bad mine got through without meat.) Even the bread was weirdly spiced. If you read my other reviews, you’ll see I rarely rate a place low, but I won’t be back. Just bummed

This place is down the street from work so I thought I’d check it out for lunch one day. The people who work there are super nice, diligent, and hard working. The food is fine – a little better than fast food, but an odd amalgamation of flavors. It’s a good quick option when I’m stepping out of the office, but nothing I’d seek out or actively recommend for lunch.

Noodles Noodles Noodles… My girlfriend and I just recently moved here from Virginia where Noodles has locations in almost every town. It was rare that we did not visit one at least once a week. So… when we found out you were opening a new location here in Medford, our calendar was marked… and on your grand opening, we were there for the invite-only party. A month after your opening we were upset to see that your Unilocal reviews weren’t looking so hot and thought that maybe the locals were having a hard time getting used to the unique menu that we were already accustomed to. We visited you a few more times and still received the high level of customer service and good food with fresh ingredients that we have come to expect. After all, one of the great things about chain restaurants is consistency. Then came today’s visit… The restaurant was almost empty when we went in and we were helped right away by a very nice employee. Once we got our number and sat down, the wait began. Usually no matter how busy a Noodles location is, you can expect your order to come in around 5 – 10 minutes. We waited around 20 – 25 minutes. Then when the food came, my girlfriend was given the wrong soup by the same person who took the order. She was also not given silverware for her food so she had to get up and ask for it while the employee was fixing the soup issue. Then she noticed that the noodles in her entrée were burnt enough to taste it. As we ate, we heard a couple«I’m sorry this took so long“s throughout the restaurant as other customer’s orders were being delivered. I give 4 stars because I didn’t review the first couple times we came… which were all great experiences. We want this restaurant to live up to the Noodle’s name and hopefully you can work out the kinks so that the rest of the community can develop the same love for Noodles and Company that we brought with us here from Virginia.

Good food! My only complaint is that the small and regular are essentially the same amount of food served in different bowls. We ordered the Indonesian peanut sauté(regular) and Mac and cheese(small). It was the same amount of food in both, we simply paid more for one to eat out of a larger bowl. Disappointing.

Noodles and Company was my favorite restaurant for years back in Colorado. I went there today for the first time in years and have to say that I was not disappointed. I ordered my favorite dish«Indonesian Peanuts Sauté» and the my favorite side«Thai Soup.» Both were amazing, the Indonesian Peanuts Sauté was spicy(as I like it) and the Thai Soup tasted as delicious as an authentic phở. Please Noodles and Company, open more branches in Boston!

I had the best customer service I have ever had last night 12÷15÷15 at around 6:30PM. The store was BUSY and because of this, orders were taking longer than expected. I ordered the pesto and my partner ordered the beef stroganoff. We also ordered two sides: a chicken noodle soup and a Caesar salad. It took about 20 – 25 minutes to get our food, and when we did get it, it was cold and we did not receive our sides. I asked the manager if he could just heat up our plates for us, and he was amazing with regards to customer service! He brought us completely new plates, gave us two FREEMEALVOUCHERS, and gave us a free dessert. Then, the big boss came over and apologized personally for the cold food and said they were having a rough shift. Completely understandable, we are all humans after all. Also, the warm plates and sides when we got them were great! The food itself is so fresh and you can personalize as well; for example I was able to get gluten-free pasta! You can add any kind of meat to your pasta bowl as well(they even have tofu) although it costs around $ 3 extra. As for the restaurant itself, the menu is huge and plastered on the side wall so it is very easy to read. I wear glasses and sometimes ordering at a counter can be difficult when there is a line behind me and I can’t read the small print. No worries here! Very large and legible wall-sized menu right to your left when you walk in. All of the pasta bowls also come with calorie information and don’t let a diet discourage you! I got a small bowl of Bangkok Curry another time I went there and it had 270 calories and was full of fresh veggies. Also, there are two sizes: small and regular. There is only a few dollar difference between the two sizes so it might be a good idea to buy the regular(around $ 7) and bring the extra home. They also have kid’s meals for $ 5, and fountain drinks with free refills. There is plenty of parking and seating inside the restaurant. I would definitely recommend. Two people get 2 bowls of pasta, 2 sides, and 2 drinks for $ 20. Can’t go wrong. Honestly, at first I was reluctant to shell out money for pasta when a box of pasta costs less than a dollar at the supermarket. However, the food really is good: kind of like the Chipotle of pasta. The prices are reasonable, and all of the employees are so nice. I got better customer service here than I did at The Capital Grill in Boston. Definitely worth a try!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now for dinner, take-out. The food is surprisingly good and fresh(I was not expecting much from a place that sells so many different cuisines). Probably not the most authentic, but still good. Would be 4 stars if not for operational kinks, assuming due to opening recently(slow orders, staff seem to be messing up orders, my pad Thai with steak had no steak). Will update after I try a few more times.

This place just opened up and still has come kinks to work out, but in general it was a good first experience and I will definitely go back. I got the Indonesian Peanut dish. The small is more than enough for me and the dish was spicy and flavorful. I ordered a tomato cucumber side salad which was also good. The veggies were fresh for it being the winter and both tomatos and cucumbers being out of season. We also got the potstickers which were shockingly good(nothing against this restaurant, it’s just easy to make gross potstickers). My only issues were the service was kinda slow. There were a lot of staff but it seemed like a lot of them were standing around and not doing much. Also, the pasta and potstickers were a little dry/sticky for my liking. I will give this restaruant another shot though.

I decided on the steak stroganoff while waiting in the claustrophobic, corral-like line that is the front entry way. While ordering, which required a lot of «say that again?» and«excuse me?» to hear each other over the super loud workers shouting in the kitchen behind her, the woman asked me if i wanted steak with that. Well, considering steak is in the name of the menu item I was ordering, I was confused. She explained that while it’s listed and even shown in photo on the menu that way, you have to order the steak as an extra, and also pay extra for it. What? It was just really strange. The small bowl IS indeed small. For $ 8 I was really dissatisfied. Also the sauce was just thrown on top, not mixed throughout the pasta, so everything at the bottom was just dry pasta with no sauce. So sad! The food itself was ok taste-wise. I might(maybe, possibly) come back in a few months when the hype/newness dies down and try something new. But then again, I might not.

The food is good and simple but not too expensive! The amount is at a right amount of food I get full easily! Getting the food is easy, it’s fast & you help yourself sitting! I like their sweet bbq Swedish meatballs & steak stroganoff off What i love. Fred enjoys his Thai hot pot. Try the margherita flat bread!
