I do NOT give 5 stars out very often because I am sure there is always somewhere a business can improve. However in this case I am a huge fan of this location now! I didn’t even know this UPS store was around the corner from me. We had a great experience, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The young man that helped us out even gave us military discount that definitely helped us on shipping expense. We had a portrait sized object that needed to be shipped with care and they definitely did that!!! My friend that received the package even commented on the secure packing of the object. Thank for the extra care and great customer service! They do offer military discount here as well.
