Trust Salon and Day Spa

I have never left a salon feeling as good about the results of my hair as I did today. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is amazing.

I was going to do a 3 star, but the more I think about my experience, the lower I want to rank them. It wasn’t horrendous, but it wasn’t amazing. Here’s the deal:
I wanted to try a new place. I called, they could get me in within 30 minutes. I got there and was told a gel pedicure was $ 60. What?! Uhm… okay, I’m already here, so let’s see what a $ 60 pedicure is all about. So first con is the price, which I was told about after I got there, but is still way too high. With a tip it was a ridiculously expensive pedicure.
Other cons: No massage chairs. The pedicure area is a hard bench with a cushion. I know some other salons do this, but seriously, who wants to sit on a hard bench while they are getting their toes done? Not me. And not for $ 60.
Limited color options for gel. Your basic colors are covered, red, pink, purple, natural, but nothing unique or even particularly bright or sparkly. Bring your own if you have a color you really want.
Awkward conversation. The owner, Loree, did my toes. She couldn’t carry on a conversation with me. She kept listening to and commenting on conversations of others. She seemed distracted. She also told her co-​worker she couldn’t wait for this day to be over. Needless to say, I felt more like I was interrupting than anything.
The «spa» pedicure experience was mediocre. The bench had a «sink» area in it that had a plastic insert, which was filled with warm soapy water. It had little nubs on the bottom to rub your feet on. There was some sort of vibration/​massage machine under the foot bench that was turned on while my feet were in the water.
Pros: She did a good job on my toes, I think. I like the pink color I got and as long as it lasts for the next 2 weeks, I will be happy with that.
The foot massage was nice, the sugar scrub was nice, smelled good, etc. No complaints on that front. It was different though, as they did the nails (trim, polish etc) first and then the foot soak and massage.
The salon is well done, decoration wise, and appears to be clean. It is easy to find and get to, though there appears to be limited parking.
They provide a variety of other services, including manicures, hair cut, color, style, eyelashes, facials, and more, though I did not purchase any of those services.
I probably won’t be back simply based on the price versus the experience. Had I gotten an amazing pedicure in a massage chair, etc. I *might* have been able to justify the cost, but the hard bench and somewhat cold atmosphere just didn’t do it for me. It’s not a bad place, just not MY kind of place.

Loree has been doing my hair for 2 years now and it looks better than ever before. She knows the limits of my hair and recommends amazing products to keep my hair healthy. Wouldn’t go to anyone else ever!

I am from out of town, about 2.5 hours away. My hair, after bleaching it 2 days before and not having a hair cut in 4 – 5 months desperately needed some TLC. Since my other half and I were going up to Medford to watch a movie, I decided to also get my hair done. Trust had great reviews, so I decided to schedule my appointment for a haircut.
And I am so glad I did! Moving from place to place pretty often, I have been to my fair share of hair salons. I usually go to the best salons in the city (based on reviews), regardless of the price. And I’ve been living in major cities my entire life until now. Trust is a hidden gem in the relatively small town of Medford, OR.
The salon is pretty small, but the environment is very welcoming. The stylists there all know how to have a good time at work and joke around with each other, while maintaining their professionalism with your hair.
Jericha did my hair and I can say that she is an extremely talented stylist. She’s definitely up there. She was also very nice and knew exactly what I wanted. I walked out the door feeling and looking like a million bucks in 1 hour flat– NO JOKE!
My hair was all relatively the same length and had no shape to it what so ever before I got it cut by Jericha. Especially since I have thick, coarse, and tons of hair, I looked like a dandelion! My hair also took a beating from the bleach so it was dry and lifeless.
I told Jericha that since I am attempting to grow out my hair, I wanted the longest lengths to remain the same. She understood me and even corrected the mediocre job the last hair stylist did that made my lengths uneven.
She put a styling product in my hair called «Smooth Again» by Kevin Murphy (which is the line they use at the salon) and my hair woke up from the dead. I immediately purchased it for myself to use at home.
BOTTOM LINE– you will not go wrong with Trust salon (everyone was very nice), the price was great, and they have talented stylists! Worth every penny and more!

Went here to get my nieces hair done for senior pics and prom. Her hair was cut colored and styled amazingly! Not only do I recommend this business but they also made a customer out of me! Very reasonable price and you will leave looking great!

I get my nails done by Kat and she is the best! She can do anything and does NOT overcharge! She loves what she does and wants you to leave happy. I refuse to go anywhere else and would recommend any of these lovely people to do your hair, facials, massage, or nails!

Excellent service, great atmosphere, love my hair extensions. Not from the area but I would go back.

I had the best experience at Trust! I would highly recommend this salon to all my friends and family, and am so grateful to have finally found a group of professional stylists I can trust (no pun intended).
Loree is amazing, and her salon is thoughtfully designed, decorated, and stocked. She’s doesn’t pressure sell anything, even her services, and she doesn’t have to. She’s confident, thoughtful, and communicative with everything she does. I love the products they use!

I got a weave and a cut and could not be more happy with thee service that I received! Brandon is Awesome! The salon is clean and very polite to everyone there, you don’t feel uncomfortable when you walk in. They’re very accommodating if you are handicap, I didn’t feel rushed when I needed a break. Like I said Very Polite!

Extension LOVE! I ordered hair extensions for the first time ever through Loree, the owner of Trust, and the entire experience was awesome. I absolutely love my extensions — more than I thought I would! The color Loree matched me with is perfect and she actually took the time to teach me how to put them in properly, how to wash and care for the extensions, and which products were safe or not. She really made an otherwise-​overwhelming experience totally easy and lovely! My husband loves when I wear the extensions and they are really well designed. Loree and the entire crew at Trust are truly fabulous in every way. Highly recommend them to everyone I know!

I was visiting with family in Medford, OR when I decided to get my long delayed color and cut. I chose Trust based on the only-​4-​but-​all-​5-​stars reviews. It was a good decision.
Trust is located on a quiet street with easy-​peasy parking.
It is not a fancy, glitzy salon, but fairly new.
Loree greeted me and had me seated at her work station right away even though I was a tad early. Zero wait time (unheard of in DC where I live)! Loree took time and effort to understand what I wanted, had great input, wasn’t pushy or preachy about hair and/​or unrelated matters (I do not like my stylist to be my philosophical guru). Needless to say, I love my new hair.
I may have to spend a few thousand dollars every year now that I have found a great stylist on the opposite coast!

The team at Trust Salon is phenomenal! They have successfully taken care of my beauty needs since day one! They’ve done glorious work on my hair for color, cuts, (extensions-​I don’t usually tell my beauty secrets, but they really go above and beyond for the customer. If you’re looking for expedience, skill & gorgeous application of extensions-​Loree & Kaytea are awesome!) Kat has done a beautiful job on my nails, given me dreamy pedi’s and when I walk in, everyone always has a happy, engaging welcome! They’re attentive to my unique hair needs and always research the best products curtailed to my wild hair – which is so helpful and I TRUST I’m on the right path with this special salon Thank you all!!!

Kat is a amazing nail tech! And she can do anything you want her with any design! I have been going to Kat for 4 or 5 months now and she has been able to do any design I have showed her. She takes her time and is a wonderful person to have a conversation with. The atmosphere in the salon is great. You walk right in and everyone has a smile on their face greeting you as you come in the door!

Jericha is a true find. I can’t count the number of compliments I have received since she started doing my hair (approx. a couple of months ago)… she does a cut and color for me, as well as a great styling. She is friendly and really listens to what you want, and knows what she is doing. She worked at another salon, and when that one closed, I absolutely had no hesitation in following her to Trust. Going in this afternoon for my appointment, and am at a point where I definitely look forward to it, with no concerns. I HIGHLY recommend her!

What else can I say than amazing! Made an appointment that was easily made and walked in to a extremely friendly staff and a positive energy! Lorre, the owner, took on an extreme color change to satisfy me in more than words can say. She was perfection. In so many ways. In this new salon, (which they are transforming to make it their own) the passion of her stylists and staff, are full of talent for their craft! Worth your time and beauty in the end in which you will love!!!
