UpperCASE specializes in all aspects of computer repair. From DC pin replacement to LCD repair and virus removal we handle it all! We offer more services then any two repair shops combined. Our selection of services are anything but limited. We offer limitless solutions to any kind of problem. We get our hands dirty where other technicians refuse or explain how your system is simply un-​repairable. On more than one occasion we have given life to a system diagnosed as un-​repairable by another local technician.

History

Established in 2009.

UpperCASE has successfully repaired over 3274 (Updated 12.28.11) machines since May 1st of 2009 alone. We have proven methods of diagnosing and repairing practically any malfunction that may come our way. We use direct and indirect root directory manipulation to recover even the most infected of systems. We use tools only seen in corporate environments, tools not even available to most consumer PC technicians. It’s these tools that allow us to clean and remove even the most suborn infections.

Business Owner

Robert Lavell opened UpperCASE Computer Solutions on May 1st 2009 as a means of funding larger community projects. Just like other businesses started by Robert, UpperCASE has grown beyond his wildest dreams. UpperCASE has been featured in many publications as the most honorable and cost effective repair center in the Rogue Valley. Countless 5 star reviews and testimonials provided the extra leverage needed to gain the trust of other well known community figureheads such as the YMCA, Salvation Army, and St. Vincent De Paul. Robert’s goal of providing a means of affordable service for the average working man was only surpassed by the companies generous donations to local charities and raffles for underprivileged high school students.

Excellent customer service! When my computer was down they were friendly, accommodating and quick. They worked around my schedule so my work computer was only there for the time they needed to fix it and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

Very personable staff and a great deal. They were honest with me that a repair I wanted (keyboard problem) would be pretty expensive, so they (for free!) fixed up a little workaround of the problem for me. They did several things that they could have nickle-​and-​dimed me for: cleaning the screen, replacing the little rubber feet on my laptop, etc. and included it all in the cost of the repair. The repair itself was less expensive than they originally thought it would be, because it was fast. (When was the last time you got charged LESS than quoted at a repair place?)
The staff was very welcoming (not the experience I have had at other computer shops, unfortunately) and I overheard them kindly and patiently helping other customers, too. Because the repair was quick and the shop was empty, the technician let us watch what he did and explained a little of what was going on as he went. Pretty cool.
I’m just visiting Medford, but I’ll definitely return to Uppercase if I have the chance, even if that means putting off a repair for a while.

I have not actually had anything repaired here but wanted to comment on the staff.
I have been in twice with computer problems (too long of a story). I had some questions as to what I should do. They were patient and helped me quite a bit. In my situation there was nothing they could do, other big companies were at fault. They also told me that I didn’t need some services I asked about.
It showed me they are honest and helpful even if they couldn’t do anything.
When I do need their services I will be back, definitely!

My laptop had issues with the graphics and overheating. I took it to well-​known computer places and right away they asked for $ 200-​$ 300 upfront. UpperCASE took a look at it, diagnosed the problem for free, then fixed the problem for less than $ 80! The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back.
