I had an issue a couple years ago with my landlord illegally withholding my security deposit. I contacted this law firm and was put in touch with Dana Ingham. She was so professional and thorough, which made a really stressful situation into an extremely effortless process. She asked me details about the lease and the conversations leading up to this point. She also informed me that in Philadelphia, landlords are obligated to pay back your security deposit within 30 days. If the landlord does not provide you, in writing, the details of damages or why they are withholding your security deposit within 30 days, they are legally obligated to double it. Within a week, Dana got me back my security deposit and it was doubled because of this law. I am very thankful for meeting Dana Ingham and would recommend her to anyone with any legal issues!
