E.L.I.T.E. Training Performance trains the athlete in their realm. Athletes are constantly changing and moving in their sport and E.L.I.T.E Training Performance is here to help all athletes achieve their goals and become successful! Every athlete trains in some manner, but do they all train the same way? Does everyone do the exact same lifts and conditioning? Here at E.L.I.T.E. Training Performance athletes are trained for their specific sport to increase their power and speed as well as correct body impairments to achieve maximum success. It is easy to train hard but to train both hard and SMART are the keys to being at the top of your sport.
History
Established in 2013.
Opened in 2013, we opened up in hopes to educate and teach local athletes the fundamentals of movement, strength, and help them understand their body mechanics and lifting techniques. We push our athletes to higher levels of success through our continued progressive programs of developing basic motor skills, stability, strength, and then power. It is within this progression that the athletes become focused on their skills, determined in their actions, and able to out work their opponents.
