We also specialize in private mental health counseling and life coaching intensives to accelerate the healing process, so you are on the road to recovery and back in the spotlight in 3 – 10 days.

Topics covered are addictions, anxiety, anger management, depression and co-​dependent relationships.

Paul F. Singh, MA, LP will travel nationally and internationally to do crisis interventions or intensives usually within 72 hours of the phone call and pre-​payment of the intervention or intensive which is non-​refundable.

History

Established in 2014.

I started private practice as a licensed psychologist in 1989. During that time, I pioneered my own clinical model of change. I had the honor to present that model to all the national Mayo Clinics. It is a three-​part holistic model that integrates your body, soul and spirit.

As a young therapist, I saw that a client 45-​minute session/​week just barely touched their tip of the iceberg symptoms. It was during the inception of my private practice that I developed the «Inside Out Change» alcohol and drug interventions and private counseling intensives for my clients. I am also a preferred alcohol and drug interventionist for the Betty Ford Clinics.

Currently, I am writing a book entitled, «Dangerously Hoping: Longing for Something More». This new e-​book will release my clinical model to the public as I start to train other therapists in «Inside Out Change» interventions and intensives. The cost for an eight-​hour one-​on-​one intervention or intensive is $ 7500/​day (plus expenses).

Hi, I’m Paul F. Singh, MA, LP. I am a licensed psychologist, interventionist and CEO of Holistic Life Change International. I specialize in high-​profile clients, celebrities, and business leaders.

I love to laugh. They say laughter is the best medicine for the soul. If you ever have dinner with my family and me, you won’t need Prozac anymore!

Fourteen years ago, I had a grade four tumor. Doctors gave me 6 – 12 months. Through suffering, I met a very kind and loving God who healed me in spirit, soul, and body. I live every day in immense joy and gratefulness to my God.

I’m also a life coach, author, strategic change expert, and have been an adjunct professor at Northwestern University.

With over 25 years of experience, Mayo Clinic brought me in to lecture at the former «Meet The Expert» series as a resource for both patients and staff for 3 years. I am also a prefered alcohol and drug interventionist for the Betty Ford Foundation. The cost of an intervention is $ 7500 (plus expenses).
