Meet the Business Owner

Tom S.

Business Owner

President, CEO and founder of Metropolitan Abstract Services, Inc. He is a licensed abstractor and previously licensed real estate agent by the State of Minnesota. He has 25 years of title, abstracting and exam experience. He personally reviews all files that are complicated in nature, both residential and commercial. He has been involved in many large-​scale abstracting projects including: the Mall of America, the Minneapolis International Airport, and numerous highway expansions. Throughout his career, Tom has elevated the research standards of title companies, and he is well known and respected in the industry. He is a graduate of North Hennepin Community College and attended the University of Minnesota.
