The only reason I am adding this business on Unilocal is because I have to STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND them. This is the worst group of people I have ever had to work with and I urge you to think twice before considering their servies.
I am planning my best friend’s bachelorette party and shoveled out $ 200 for custom-​etched champagne flutes for the party. I asked Lua to engrave them with a certain message and then the date of the bachelorette party and I was so excited to give them as favors to all of the girls.
I received the glasses and as I took a look at the engraving I noticed that they PUT THE WRONG DATE on them! A mistake, obviously, so I contacted them immediately. Having dealt with many companies before (and having worked for many companies before) I was positive that they would make every possible effort to rectify the mistake and redo the glasses for me in an instant. NO. They absolutely REFUSED to redo them and actually said that if I wanted them redone that I would have to send them the faulty glasses back and then PAY AGAIN. Are you kidding me? SO basically I would be paying twice for the glasses that I ordered in the very first place?
I did not end the conversation on good terms and I even told the woman I was speaking with that I was going to post a review of her business on Unilocal,and, well, here I am.
PLEASE take my advice and do not use this website for any of your needs. Terrible service. Terrible quality. Terrible people. Nuf said.
