Being in a car accident sure is a hassle. Reinaldo Body Shop didn’t ease the stress much.
Initially, my experience with them was pretty good. Juana, the receptionist helped out a lot. She set me up with Hertz rent a car, instead of Enterprise, like my insurance wanted. (Not sure that was a good choice. More of that in my next review…)She didn’t have to do that for me. Juana went out of her way and kept in contact with me for a whole month, letting me know what was being done with my car.
I finally get my car back after a month. I sign my papers, see my car from a far and it looks great. My beautiful white car is shinning! Not a scratch on it! I’m elated. But then I got in my car…
It was disgusting! My steering wheel would leave my hands black! My white seats had spots all over the place, it smelled like paint, I had to drive home with my windows down. Plus, they spent half a tank of gas! How rude! Now I have to take time out of my life to scrub my car down BIG TIME! How rude! How disgusting! I’m not happy!
