I am currently in the process of buying a house, and John is my real estate agent. I am living in CA until closing, and buying this house without the ability to first see it in person. This would never be an option for me if I didn’t have such trust and confidence in John. He helped me find the best house in the best neighborhood near the best schools within my budget. He continues to exceed my expectations and keeps me up to date on everything… all while meeting appraisers, inspectors, contractors, the title company, the seller, and everyone in between on my behalf. He is always a text or phone call away and I never feel out of the loop. This is a VA loan, and he is very up to date with the nuances of these types of loans, and the entire process has been a breeze!
