Every bartender at Pineda Inn is a beacon of unconditional love & hope, except for Laura. Delicious food, great drinks at cheap prices, and wonderful atmosphere! Laura is the worst person I’ve ever met though, extremely rude despite being tipped over 40% every time I’ve come in. I, and many others, refuse to come in when she is bartending. Other than her terrible service, my absolute favorite bar!

We went as a family, and had a wonderful time. The seared tuna appetizer was excellent, and my shrimp dish was phenomenal. My wife enjoyed her salmon! More importantly, I have to commend the management and staff for their compassion! My youngest daughter was recently diagnosed with a(severe) shrimp allergy. My wife, being justifiably paranoid(really just being a good mom) asked if we could bring a home made salad to ensure there wasn’t a cross contamination issue. To our pleasant surprise they granted the request so we all could have a wonderful meal together as a family. Thank you for allowing two very concerned parents the liberty to bring in food into your restaurant. We generously tipped the wait staff for the inconvenience, and privilege. Great food, a compassionate wait staff and management! Thank you! We will be back!

We’ve eaten here several times in the past and I have to say tonight’s meal was 5 star. The wife had the filet and I had the hog snapper on special and both were perfectly prepared. While I thought the sauce pairing that we chose for the filet was a touch overpowering it wasn’t enough of a detriment to take away from the meal. The salads, the sides, and the soups were on point. The always«Florida style» high casual atmosphere and unobtrusive but attentive service was a treat. We’re looking forward to bringing friends.

Loved the food and the atmosphere! Looks like an older restaurant and bar from the outside(«Whiskey» in neon lights, LOL!). Inside it’s wonderful and the clientele is upscale. Will definitely go again when back in Melbourne.

Drinks and dinner were great — the feeling of squeezed in and very intimate with your neighboring tables is an issue when the place is crowded. Romantic dinners are tough here! But the food and service are sublime.

My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday evening for dinner. We shared a meal — the Chilean sea bass, cost around $ 27, which was just amazing. Tasted a lot like lobster tail — especially after adding a dash of salt, except with a softer texture then most lobster tails. We also really enjoyed the escargot(snails). EXCELLENT service by Sydney, a really nice lady. Ps — we shared everything together, including the crab bisque, which was very tasty with really nice texture.

Wonderful, laid-back, casual atmosphere, but with gourmet food! We just moved to the area and are trying to find some restaurants that offer more than what the standard bar/grill has to offer. Pineda Crossings is one of those restaurants. The price is fair for the quality and preparation of the food. Expect to spend $ 18 – 28 for most entrees. We took our family, but it’s also a great spot for a «date night.» This is some of the best food I’ve had in Brevard county.

Although it doesn’t look like much from the outside, Pineda Crossing is a great spot with delicious food and even better service. I had dinner there Friday night before a show at the King Center. Even though the restaurant was packed, the waitress was extremely accommodating and attentive, and made sure we were out in plenty of time for the show. I had the Hawaiian chicken soup — which was surprisingly tasty and the seafood and pasta entrée which was also good. My wife had the fried shrimp with mashed sweet potatoes. Also very yummy. My inlaws had the chicken marsala and the Caesar salad with mahi mahi. Both were excellent. My mother in law ordered the chicken with the sauce on the side and low salt and it came exactly as ordered. We definitely will be back.

I have been dining at Pineda Crossing for years. Great steaks, great seafood, great service! This is my go to restuarant. I strongly recommend you give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Been going to this place just off US1 for a couple of years. It has a warm interior, you feel like you are going home when you walk in, friendly staff, with very reasonably priced food to make paying easy. My favorite is the Sea Bass along with a nice bottle of white wine and my girlfriends for great conversation.

Wow. I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Went for lunch on a Thurs. decided to go a bit big and got the Soup & Salad with the Lobster Bisque, plus an order of the Fried Oysters. The bisque was out of this world, with a very generous portion of the sweetest lobster included. The salad was great(loved the house champagne vinaigrette) and the fried oysters were big, fresh, and crispy. Plus the Cajun dipping sauce was a neat kick! My service was outstanding, and I will go there again when I’m back in town!

I was not welcome here, for reason I can only extrapolated. I dressed in resort casual attire, and smelled nice. My only problem was probably being a woman, or being Asian, or both. The hostesses looked at me as I walked in with a smile, and carelessly looked away. My husband was behind me, holding the door for another couple, whom she greeted. I said hi to get her attention and got no respond. My husband, a Caucasian man, quickly noticed that I was ignored, so he asked for a table. One of the hostess responded that we would have to wait about 15 minutes. As we sat down at the wait area, he asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else. He thought her reaction toward me might be sexist. I thought it might be sexist, racist, or both. Her reaction may or may not reflect the business’ general attitude. Nevertheless, I did not feel like spending my money at a place where my presence was not welcome. We left and went to Seafood Atlantic(see my review for them), where we got an outstanding service and fantastic food.

We seem to wind up at this place every time we go to Florida(former residents, we go «home» a lot). The menu has lots of great options — of course, plenty of local seafood is represented. That’s what I had, some grilled grouper. The service is good, the food is excellent, the lighting is dim and the ambiance is nice. If it was only out on a pier or a dock I’d give it five stars. Still, a great place for a date night or a gathering with good friends. Bad friends, meh… take them to Taco Bell.

The wait was longer than what was told and the general service although slow, was courteous, the Chilean sea bass was worth all the wait and inconvenience. The fish was so tender and flakey but had a crispy crust that was just delicious. I’d definitely order this dish again.

Lunch service is wonderful! You can still enjoy a gourmet meal and be back to work on time! The servers are friendly and know the menu from front to back. Dinner service is more a fine dining experience. The atmosphere is still casual but the food is amazing! I’ve never had a bad meal here. I recommend the mahi for lunch, and you can’t go wrong with any of their steaks or dinner specials.

We got here before our reservation and found the early bird special. Great prices. Very fast and attentive service. We had the fried mahi Mahi with rice, vegetables and salad. Beer and wine were half price but good. Décor was fine. Not gourmet but tasty food at a good price and fast service. Sauce was good. Veggies were so so. Salad was’ok’ but not more.

Great food and service. We had grouper and snapper with crab bisque. Bread pudding for dessert. Always a good choice for dinner.

Apparently I have this place confused with Pineda Inn in the same area. That was pretty bad marketing in naming a place nearly the same as the other in such a small area, but I have zero clue which came first. So this review is for Pineda Inn. I cannot even believe that this place has 4 stars! Way to go Pineda! I mean the staff was so nice that I am honestly glad that they have a 4 star rating, and for the area, I hope they continue to do well. With that said, let’s get back to reality. If you are living in Melbourne, or living in a small town with little to no options and no exposure to a great restaurant, then maybe this is actually a 4 star, but in reality if you are from a big city or live in one and exposed to many more options and quality, than no this is not a 4 star. So, we came here from Los Angeles for the Nationals spring training, stayed for a month for work and couldn’t catch a break as far as a good dining experience or even a good atmosphere. We didn’t eat at Pineda as we had just come from a horrible meal at River Rocks down the road and swore off eating out ever again in Florida. Pineada served its purpose, a few drinks, very cheap. The bartenders were super nice, but I think it’s because it was a Sunday afternoon and the two girls were already shit faced behind the bar and it was only like 4PM. I don’t blame them one bit because every sleaze ball old dude in there was hitting on them hard core, I would have to main line vodka to put up with that shit. The place is a bit dirty, the outside bar was closed. I don’t know, Melbourne is just a dump of an area in general, I don’t want to take it out on this place, but really there’s no winning place to hang out in the area at all, so if you can muster a smile and a cheap drink here, go for it, for what’s it worth. But in reality, it’s a depressing area as a whole and we were pretty bummed their gaming equipment was all busted. Try throwing electronic darts at a plastic dartboard on the wall that was broken for years as the bartender told us finally.

I have been here before but honestly it has been some time. My group of five arrived and were promptly seated. Our drink order was taken, maybe not very promptly but in a reasonabke amount of time our thirst was quenched. After hearing the specials I irdered the blue crab bisque and jambalaya. The bisque was very tasty and the jambalaya was unique and plentiful. There was just so much food that regretfully dessert wasn’t an option. The staff here was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. We really enjoyed our time, food, and the service at Pineda Crossing. Well be back soon.

This restaurant gets 4 Stars because it’s in the Melbourne area, where frankly I haven’t found any restaurant that would qualify as a 4– or 5-star in other cities. That being said, the service is outstanding, the kitchen knows how to cook vegetables, the complimentary salad is terrific, the bread is fresh and excellent, and for the most part, seafood is prepared with respect. Like most restaurants in the area, they tend to slightly overcook flat fish, and they tend to oversauce everything, but if you order carefully, you’ll have a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I’m personally partial to the seared tuna.
