Worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. First started with a simple tire replacement and rotation which the guy ended up breaking one of my tire sensors. Come back after making an appointment to get it fixed, now I have to come back after they order a part. Well after 4 other visits (every Saturday) the problem still is not fixed. After all that I was promised from the employee that to make it up to me the body guy would buff out some scratches for me. Now I’m here my 5^th time to find out the part was never ordered, the guy working on my car is fired and they simply will not buff out the scratches. False promises and not knowing what they are doing has lost my business!

So I had to have my car towed here because I broke down. Turns out it was the fuel pump. Then when frank got the car started and checked out the rest, there was a bunch of stuff wrong. Which made sense because I was hearing noises. So I had to have a bunch of stuff done. New tires, fuel pump, sway bar, ball joints. They were about to fall off. It came out to a little more than 2000. But it seemed to be a fair quote. The car drives way better. Thank you!!! Even though it’s far from me, I’ll be bringing my car back to him for any future work. And his oil changes are less than $ 20!!! Thanks again. Also, all the work was done in under 2 days.

Pacs is the place to go if you want the job done right!!! Very knowledgable and professional. Very reasonably priced, and top notch quality work. Love the fact that they never add on any extra unnecessary work. They will keep you posted on any work that you may need in the future, but will not take you for a ride. Clean and comfortable waiting area, and super friendly staff. Unlike most other shops, they even have the option to rent a car if your car needs to be serviced for the day. No need to go anywhere else.
