James Castaldo C.P.A. & Associates opened it’s doors in 2007. We are a full-​service accounting firm with a portfolio of over 50 business clients in industries such as Transportation, Retail, Construction, e-​commerce and manufacturing.

Meet the Business Owner

James C.

Business Owner

Mr. Castaldo served as the Manager of Compliance for Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC), the eighth largest cable provider in the United States. In addition to managing his department, Mr. Castaldo was involved with the planning and tax preparation for all corporate restructuring transactions.

He has held senior management positions with L-​3 Communications Corporation, (NYSE: LLL) a telecommunications company, and Bender Cicotto & Co, CPA, a Long Island-​based accounting firm.

Mr. Castaldo holds a M.S. in Taxation from Long Island University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Hofstra University. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Public Accountants.
