Robert E. Hornberger is a Long Island native, and a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Hornberger received his Bachelors Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law, and History from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Mr. Hornberger is an experienced matrimonial attorney with a wide background in divorce, divorce mediation, collaborative divorce, family law, and bankruptcy matters.
Robert E. Hornberger is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Hornberger is an active member in the legal community, including the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association where he is a member of the alternative dispute resolution committee. Mr. Hornberger is also a director of the Collaborative Law Association of New York, Inc., a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting collaborative dispute resolution as an out-of-courtroom method for helping couples separate or divorce with greater respect, less cost, increased privacy and sk
