Dr. Andrews is simply the best in Memphis! I had my gallbladder removed last week and was referred to Dr. Andrews for surgery. From the very first meeting he had such a great bedside manner. He works quickly but efficiently. He completely explained the entire procedure I was going to undergo as well as addressed any questions I had. His office assistant scheduled surgery very quickly and efficiently. After surgery most of the other doctors at the surgery center came to the waiting room filled with people as talked to the family member driving the patient home, not Dr. Andrews. He took my family member outside in the hallway to have a one on one update which my family member thought was so professional and nice. I’m now 1 week post op and had my checkup with Dr. Andrews today and it the same great care from him today. He made sure to address any concerns I had and look at my incisions to make sure I was healing well.

As a veteran nurse who just moved to TN I was unsure who to chose to remove my gallbladder. I met with a few surgeons who I just knew were not right for me.
Dr. Andrews sat down with me and explained every aspect of the surgery. He knew I was a nurse but still discussed everything with me.
He took excellent of me pre op and post op. He has an excellent bedside manner that many professionals lack these days. I highly recommend him.
Also his office staff is very pleasant and address your needs promptly. I cannot say enough positive things about dr. Andrews.
