Alas, the customer service came from corporate! I was credited for the lack of it at the kiosk. That is why I call in to make orders and upgrades. I ALWAYS get some fee or all waived. I have found that method to be most successful as I have been a patron for a very long time. Thank you social media team! Great damage control.

I personally think AT&T is extremely expensive and I don’t appreciate being locked into a contract for 2 years — but I know the guys working there have nothing to do with it and I appreciate how helpful they are with my questions. This location can get extremely busy so try and get there as early as possible. I usually get into the parking lot 5 to 10 minutes before opening so I’m their first customer. But that’s just me. I hate to wait.
