To sum up my experiences with Dr. Billups and his staff: I really look forward to going to the dentist. I can’t imagine a better testimonial for a dentist. Dr. Billups is so kind and patient and gentle and his staff is so friendly and helpful. My 10-​year old son has been a patient of Dr. Billups’ since he was three-​years-​old and he likes going to the dentist — never any fear or dread from him! My husband, who HATES to go to any kind of doctor actually LOVES going to see Dr. Billups. Now, if Dr. Billups would pick up canine dental care, my entire family would be thrilled!

Let me start this review by saying that I HATE going to the dentist. Hate it. I dread it for weeks leading up to my appointment. The sounds and the smells send a shot of fear up my spine.
But Dr. Billups is one dentist that I can handle. And it’s not just him, it’s his whole staff. They are super friendly and caring and kind, but not like annoyingly perky and fake.
First of all, did you know you can get the gas for a CLEANING? Because you can at Dr. Billups’ office. That’s five stars right there. But also? They have blankets in the little exam rooms that you can use during your cleaning. It’s almost like a little security blanket really, for big babies like me who need that kind of thing due to hyperdentophobia. I really, really hope I never have to go to any other dentist because of a change of insurance or something like that.
