first time i came here it was perfect :) second time i came there i left crying because they shredded off my thick brows and made them look like very thin bobby pins and the worst part is they seem to love removing ur entire brows off but keep the actual extra hairs around the brows just sitting there??? also very bad customer service

Terrible customer service. 5 out of 7 times they have ruined my eyebrows. Since I am
pretty new here I didn’t know better, so I kept
going here! The employees don’t have any courtesy to even apologize. They don’t even admit they have made a mistake. Plus they just talk bad about you in their language, which I understand. So I know what they are saying ! For the past 1 week I have been waiting for a manager to call me as they told me the manager would because of how they treated me last time. However no one has called me. Plus when I asked for the manager’s number they did not give it to me. I have called various times and asked for the manager and they always say she isn’t here and will call me back. But I know she never will. Anyways, this was my last visit there as they totally messed up my eyebrows this time and did not even accept the mistake. I have found another place. Their are plenty of them in this city and they have cheaper pricing than them! There is no reason to pay $ 10 for eyebrows plus tip when it can be done for $ 7 plus tip! I have never paid so much for threading and I have been getting them done for 15 years.

Very peaceful and relaxing in here. The staff was very friendly. I came in with my sister and they did an excellent job.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always listen to what I want and do an amazing job on my eyebrows.
I love to keep my brows thick and they always do an amazing job with them. My right brow bone is slightly higher than my left but they are able to compensate for it and make my brows look fabulous. They always do great work and listen to what I want done.
Their pricing is very reasonable and the women there know what they are doing.

I use to love this place, but I came in on a Saturday, waited over an hour to find out they had skipped my name, was rushed through and went home to discover my one eyebrow had been threaded way too thin. It’s been almost a month and a half and my eyebrow still isnt grown in. I’m sad to say that I’m once again fearful of another threading place in Memphis :/
