One word describes this place: Fraudulent! They sale cars by taking your down payment and letting you believe you have been financed. Before the first payment is due, they reposes the car and refuse to refund your down payment. They sold the car under false pretenses and committed a federal crime. We have reported them to the BBB and if we do not receive a refund we will be filing suit. They pulled this stunt on a 20 year old single mom trying to make it on her own. If they couldn’t finance her then they shouldn’t have taken her down payment and given her the keys.

Look, buying a car is a hassle. Especially when you are buying used vehicles. I love this place because of their selection and pricing. Also, I must say that I have grown fond of my broker, Jay Ware. He is always friendly, works well in negotiations, and is reasonable when some hiccups occur post-​sale. Jay is a man’s man in the car business. That has kept me coming back to him for my THIRD truck. Thanks, Jay.
The financing department is good at finding and negotiating good used car loan rates, also. Mega crucial.

Randall Provience sold me my Volvo XC90 and I couldn’t have had a smoother or quicker transaction! He was extremely nice and helpful and kept in contact with me through texts and calls until everything was taken care of. The car is beautiful and clean and they gave me a fair rate on financing. I will definitely be back and recommend him to others!
Also, they have way more cars than most car lots and not just the typical chevrolet and kia type cars– tons of well made and stylish cars– not just junk! I can’t thank you enough, City Auto!
