Meet the Manager
Laurie J.
Manager
Laurie is the Manager of Computerlab and has been with the company since 2009. She is the friendly face that checks customer’s in and one of the pleasant voices on the phone. At Computerlab there is no voicemail or phone maze to navigate; our talented and caring employees are ready to answer your call. In addition to customer service, she manages the daily service work to be completed, inventory, and social media. Overall, Laurie is responsible for the application of Computerlab’s vision of dedication, integrity, quality service, and an exceptional customer experience. In over 37 years of service and over 30,000 repairs, Computerlab has consistently maintained a perfect record with the BBB.
She is also responsible for recognizing the personal worth of employees by cultivating an environment supportive of satisfaction in work. Each member of our team is here not only because they are ridiculously talented, but because they love what they do.
