Concentra Medical Centers

These people are true idiots. I told three different people at the front desk the tests that I needed to have done. Then I was taken back to have the tests that I needed done. The only reason I am giving them one star is because the tech who took care of my tests was delightful. She was organized and pleasant.
Then comes in Dr. Jackson. I don’t know how she made it through med school. She does not listen or at least comprehend what is being said. I told her the test I needed to be done and she said she would have to talk to the manager. I had the email of what I needed done and tried to show her. I asked her how much longer I needed to be there and her response was, «I have no idea. It depends on what you have to have done.» Ummmm… thought I already covered all of that. IDIOTS.

Since I had a work injury, this is the place my employer referred me to. If your job sends the paperwork ahead of time, checking in is a cinch. The nurse does the preliminary checkup, and the doctor follows up promptly. They didn’t find anything broken, but the doctor offered a fix for my ailment (a sprained foot joint), while showing me the radiography and explaining to someone who obviously didn’t go to medical school what happened. Within two days I was back to normal, so thank you!
