They addressed EVERY issue, provided GREAT customer service, AND reduced my monthly rate for my pest contract. I am very pleased with Jerry, Debbie, and other helpful staff as well as my pest control guy, Chris. He will make take special care with the ant traps when my ants overrun my kitchen!

Can not keep a set time for treatment suppose to be first Friday of the month. Out of 12 services ½ was not on that day. Also rotating service techs in a year we had 4 also been billed 1 time when no service was even done.

I have just canceled my pest control service with Cook’s after over 25 years. Their service level had deteriorated until I wondered why I even needed pest control. I still had bugs, so their service did not prevent pests. When I would call, they would come and act like I should just expect bugs despite paying someone to come routinely to spray and prevent bugs. The service people did not appear to be well-trained. When we had a problem with bugs getting in around a drain, the service person just came and sprayed the same thing again. The company’s termite guy happened to be inspecting outside, and told us that he should have sprayed a different chemical for this problem. He did, and the problem was eliminated. We have been billed several times when the service person sprayed outside and not inside because he could not reach us, but came anyway. It’s a very expensive service for what they do. I’ve decided to keep their termite service, and buy a product that I can spray myself.
