Loved the girl that did my pedicure, although I didn’t catch her name. I was a walk in & first time customer, I got in right away & was offered a complimentary beverage. She did a wonderful job, super polite & professional. $ 30 for a standard pedicure is super reasonable to me! I’ve paid well over that for less that decent pedicures. I don’t live in the Memphis area, but I’m often here for work. I will definitely be back next time I am in town.

My first time here was last week. I called ahead to make a reservation for my friend and I. We showed up about 10 minutes later and were seated right away. We both got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. My nail tech was Jennifer I believe (with blue hair at the time) she was super sweet. Great to talk to and informative on the services.
My *only* nit-​picky comment was that my fingernails were not cleaned underneath. I know it may seem silly considering I was getting polish over them, but when I noticed they weren’t getting cleaned underneath I just thought it was strange. However, I didn’t bring it up to the tech, just shrugged it off.
A gel manicure and regular pedicure was $ 60. Wasn’t used to that pricing but considering they’re getting up close and personal with my feet, and my manicure still looks brand new, it was worth it. (& you get a free cocktail!) #treatyoself

Great place to relax and be pampered. Courtney is great and gets to know her clients so she can suggest in colors she has found out you like. Love going after work and having a chill out cocktail.

This was a very relaxing experience and I surely recommend any diva to visit Divas – there are more than enough nail technicians to accommodate as many divas that enter the facility – upon my visit my girlfriend and I sat side-​by-​side –and let me not forget to mention that I did call in advance to make an appointment and I did request for the same appointment time for her and I and I also requested for us to sit side-​by-​side during our services so we can continue our girl talk conversation and we both received the same services which were the deluxe Diva spa mani and pedi – during the services the nail technicians were cordial and they met our needs – also upon the request you can receive a complimentary beverages from water to Soda to Mimosa’s and other cocktails of your choosing during your services – after our services and enjoying the complementary cocktails we both give Devos two thumbs up and we will be returning back for our next follow up visit

I give them 2 stars simply because they do polish well, but if you’re looking for an actual manicure or pedicure, go elsewhere.
It’s a nail mill, their goal seems to be to get you in and out as fast as possible. It wasn’t at all enjoyable, as well as the fact that they left cuticles and nails weren’t well filed well.
The most heinous part?!?
She used a razor on me without asking me first!!!

If I go get my nails done, I usually go to Diva Nails! I go about once every other month or so and I’m always pleased with my manicure/​pedicure. I usually get shellac and I will say that you’d be hard pressed to find somewhere that will do it better! I don’t know if I’ve ever had the same person twice, so thats saying something. The salon is huge, FAST! (for a manicure/​shellac you can be in and out in 45 min– unheard of most places) and I’ve always been offered a beverage when I am seated. My only complaint is the shellac color selection is lacking and it would be nice for a place so big/​well known to have more to choose from. But all and all I am satisfied every time I leave. I would highly recommend to anyone in Memphis.

Diva nails does a good job making nail polish stay. Most of them are rude and i will say if you can put up with their rudeness you get better results than Vo. Mellanie is very nice. I try to get her.

I just walked out of the salon because I walked in to get my nails done and several employees were sitting around doing nothing, talking on the phone, and I was not greeted or helped. I stood there for a few minutes and waited to see if anyone would notice & no one did, so I walked out. I will never go back to this nail salon. Apparently unless they know you they don’t care to have your business.

Having been to this salon three or four times now (and with no plans to go anywhere else in the future), I can definitely say that this is my go-​to place to get my monthly mani/​pedi.
Even when the place was packed, I never waited more than a few minutes (except when I waited 15 min for my party of 3 to be next to each other, which is understandable on a busy Saturday afternoon!). Every staff member I’ve had has been extremely nice, and my feet/​hands look incredible for weeks afterwards.
I enjoy the beverage selection (soda! Wine! Water! Cocktail mixes!) and the massage chairs are nice & comfy.
I have never felt rushed, but let’s be real, people, you’re paying $ 28 for a pedicure, not $ 60. Slow your roll; they aren’t going to dote on you for an hour! You want that kind of experience, pay the premium & go somewhere else!
These people do a great job. They’re friendly, the area is very clean and well decorated, & I leave feeling relaxed with pretty feet.
They also offer a bunch of waxing services & other things like that, but I’ve only had the mani/​pedi. Their nail polish selection is large, and obviously you can bring your own.

Best nail salon in Memphis hands down! The quality is top notch and the service is fast! This place is great!

This place was packed, but apparently it wasn’t packed for them at all haha. I mean the wait was no more than a few minutes, but y’all, I have never seen a nail salon so packed. They had staff everywhere though! This place is my new obsession probably. Jennifer was an absolute doll. My nails couldn’t look any sassier ;).

My go-​to spot for manicures/​pedicures. Even when they are crowded, there is rarely a wait and there is a good selection of colors. Owner and some technicians aren’t the friendliest, but my nails always look good when I leave.

This has become my go to place in East Memphis. Clean, professional and a fantastic color selection. Courtney does some of the best work I’ve had in the area. My single complaint is that twice now I’ve had manis by ladies who seemed to rush a little. The result was a lot of excess polish on my fingers. Other than that, the pedis are great and the complimentary drinks are a bonus. This is the only issue I’ve had and overall I’m super pleased with Diva’s. Definitely recommend.

Went back for my birthday & the name of the place is fitting because the employees certainly do think they are divas! Ha

I love their pedicures. They are quick and efficient without feeling rushed. They do a great job, they are reasonably priced and conveniently located.

This my favorite Nail salon in Memphis, I have been going to Kim for over 5 years and she gives the best Mani/​Pedi in Memphis in my opinion. My shellac manicure often lasts 3 weeks. It is very clean and comfortable and they also serve Wine, Mimosa’s and cocktails. The Spa Pedicure chairs are extremely comfortable. They also offer a variety of other services including Waxing.

I was visiting from out of town and had an appointment at the Diva Nails for a mani/​pedi.
The salon itself is gigantic, so take that with a grain of salt as it seems like they are extremely focused on churning people in and out (more so than other salons that I have been to). The polish color selection could have been better in my opinion. Nothing about the mani/​pedi treatment really stood out to me as being «relaxing» or going over the top to provide a great spa service for the client. However, the prices were reasonable when compared to other salons.
The thing that greatly irked me though was the woman who performed my mani/​pedi. She laughed at me and told me that I «missed a spot shaving» on one of my legs (like I am the first woman to ever do that). When it was time to pay, she made fun of me twice and asked if I needed help with the math. Lady, I am an accountant, I don’t need help with the math. What I need is for you to stop hovering over me while I am trying to figure out what tip I can leave without getting death stares (the tip never seems to be enough, does it?). Note to individuals working in the service industry — if someone is paying you for a service, then I highly advise that you do not insult them multiple times and try to cover it up by saying «you are just kidding.»
Also, from what I can tell they offer free drinks, but no one in my group was offered a drink by the staff.
On the positive side — my mani/​pedi looked great which was the whole reason for the appointment. However, when I am paying $ 50+ for a service, I expect a little more out of the individuals performing it.

Some time ago, my boyfriend and I had a cocktail party to go to and his mom invited me to get my nails done with her that afternoon so I’d have a nice manicure for the event. Her go-​to is Diva, which is close to home for both of us, so that’s where we headed. The place was busy, and always seems to be really busy every time I go, but we were still seated within 15 minutes or so and they made sure to seat us together, which was nice. The girls (a few guys too) working there are all friendly, though many speak in their native language to each other, and it’s a bit uncomfortable having them carry on a conversation with each other when you have no idea what they’re talking about, but I can look past that. The smell of nail polish and remover can be a bit overwhelming when you first walk in, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The girls are quick and thorough with their work, and they really do a nice job and they keep their stations and equipment clean and sanitized. They have a nice selection of colors there, or you can bring your own, and you can ask for special base coats (strengthening, etc.) and the like if you want them. They are smart and take your payment before they start painting your nails, so you can easily dig in your purse without messing with your new paint job. They have a decent little drying station (complete with polish setting spray) and they help you bring your stuff over to that station so you don’t mess up your nails, which is nice. You can get a drink while you’re getting your nails done, but I’ve never bothered. The prices are very reasonable – I’ve only ever gotten the standard manicure and pedicure – and they do a nice job with it. I’ve gone in with and without an appointment and I think having an appointment helps a bit. They seem to have a loyal following and lots of regulars, which is a good sign. All in all, it’s close to home and work, affordable, and they do good work, so I’ll stick with them.

There are only two nail salons in town where I have consistently had great experiences. Their products are new, my manicure lasts a full two weeks, and I always can walk in and quickly be seen. One of those places is Diva Nails. It’s conveniently located in my neighborhood and I can run there before getting groceries or running errands. Excellent service! I’ve tried other spots because I had Groupon deals but this place is totally worth not having a small discount.

I have a nail place that I like, which is why my mom had to drag me here kicking and screaming. I am very particular with my nails, since I’m addicted to pink and white gels, and so when I find someone that I like… I stay put.
Well, I have to admit that this place is pretty good. It is large, clean, comfortable, and has a friendly staff. After this pleasant experience, I am totally unopposed on going back with my mom, but I think I’m going to stick with my girl… mostly because I’m loyal but also because she’s awesome. If she ever moved though, this would be my next choice.
