The first issue of Downtowner Magazine Memphis appeared on the stands in February 1991. For the past 21 years its brought the best of Memphis to its readers every month.

In 1990, Jodie had a vision to help get a floundering Downtown Memphis back on track, and let the community know just how valuable Downtown is to our city. She built her company, Downtown Productions, Inc., from this vision. Downtown Productions, Inc.‘s publications, Memphis Downtowner Magazine and The Downtown Directory, are continual endeavors in initiative and creativity. That same creativity is applied to clients’ graphic arts and printing needs.

Jodie has thirty years of broad-​based experience with established expertise in advertising and marketing, publishing, management and supervision, public relations, and public speaking.
