Filthy! Sheets stained, or not changed, found ‘hair’ in beteen the top sheet and semi fitted sheet. Also had blood stains… still red spots. Old sheets, thin, pilly, rough. Glass rings on every surface and sink countertop gritty. Mind, you. this was 2 different rooms. Desk clerk offered to change the sheets. At that point, i was really turned off of the entire place. Manager called and was very rude. He said either, cancel and leave or have the sheets changed. No apologies, wouldnt let me speak.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. we got into Memphis around 8 last night. We pulled up to the hotel and it looked fine. It took them 10 minutes to check us in which was unbelievable. They took Lane’s ID and credit card and ran it for some reason. We had already paid via PayPal. They were also entering in his info into a computer for a really long time. I was pretty sure they were trying to steal his identity so I took a picture of them.
We finally get up to the hotel room and it was so dirty. Smelled like a smoker. I go to the bathroom and I notice there is nasty black residue on the shower walls. Also, they only provided shampoo. Thank goodness we always bring our own stuff.
So I took a shower this morning and I reach for a towel and there is black and dust all over it!!! So nasty!!! My boyfriend had to run down to our car to grab me one.
We go down to their «hot breakfast» it’s a joke. They have bagels, waffles, and cereal. No cream cheese for the bagels, and no milk for the cereal. A guy next to me asked the girl who was working if they had water and she said, «uhh no not here.» Like what?!? How do you not have water at breakfast?!? This hotel is nasty and I wish we would never have stated here EconoLodge, we will NEVER book with you guys again.
